“Chow Yum Fat was a great family experience, especially considering it was our eldest daughter's birthday. It did not disappoint and considering the eateries that were supposed to be 5-star and highly recommended in New Orleans, I and my daughters much prefer Baton Rouge cusine and it's symphony of flavors.Chow Yum Fat was recommended by my fiance and to say the least, I know for sure I can recommend the wings, the chicken Bao, the dumplings, and the Firebird Noodles (I believe that was the name for them, the menu is attached to this review).The Bao, which is a type of bread wrapped protein, was so delicious and new. The first bite is enough to make you take the second and the third. My only recommendation is to tell them be careful with the fish Bao because the Bao they gave us was wet and offputting. They did ask to bring us out another but we had already tried so many things on the menu, it would've been nice to have it removed, but no biggie!Why? The House Margarita is tasty, zesty, and full of class. The sip is worth it and the Mojito was beautifully crafted, sorry for a lack of a picture for that one, by the time my fiance started drinking it, it was too late. My mother in law recommends the soju, pick a flavor and enjoy!Those wings though, Wild Chow Wings, OMG! KEEP THEM COMING!!! The crispiness of the wing, the crunchiness of the peanuts, the right amount of sauce, and everything in between, I suggest be careful or you may just go overboard.The restaurant is family friendly and the portion sizes are generous and enough to definitely have a nice tasting of Chom Yum. “Mike and I eat or takeout, almost every weekend, from Al Noor. The Owner/Cook and his family are very nice people. I am addicted to the Lobster Masala, especially when he adds shrimp (Seafood Masala) cooked in the delicious mushroom sauce. Mike doesn't eat seafood so he is hooked on their Chicken Tikka Masala, (it was the 1st thing I tried and feel in love with the dish also). I absolutely love this place, it's a clean, small but intimate spot with a convenient location. I would go to Sally's for hair products, get my nails done, eat at Al Noors and go to Walmart. Not always in that order. I never leave reviews but I had to, finally, share this place with you guys. Oh and don't forget the Garlic Buttered Nan!“

“We come here to get boba tea a couple of times a month. It is always good. Clean with quick service. Staff is always very nice. Thai Tea with Coffee jelly... try it. The Banana Milk Tea delicious. My 13 year old loves the strawberry fruit Tea with strawberry popping bubbles.“

“The owner was so kind. The food was soo good and well seasoned. We baught the fried fish plate with shrimp fried rice. Omg so much flavor and fish cooked to order and it's wild caught! Not that farm raised fish! Would definitely recommend for weekday lunch spot!“

“We decided to try this restaurant because it was the only one open inside of the casino. We were happy that it stayed open an hour later than the other restaurants. The crawfish appetizer was so delicious definitely a 5/5. The fried rice was a 3/5 pretty decent.The soup was not good at all. The broth was good but the noodles tasted very fake and the meat was not good. The noodles 3/5 as well.The service was pretty good as well.Mainly the crawfish appetizer is the reason we gave it 4 stars!“

“I finally found this place and entered the counter to a very friendly James. He was very accommodating with suggestions of my ordering. So my order was the beef teriyaki with vegetables and noodles. Oh my God, it tasted Fantastic. The beef was tender and the sauce was delicious ?The accompany of sauces provide were excellent as I added a little to my bowl of yummy food.James commented that I will be back for more and he is correct! “Had a reservation for 2pm and was seated in the bar, which we did not mind at all. The Bartender was our Waiter and was the sweetest!! Since there was only one other customer at the time in the bar, he was very attentive! The food was amazing. We loved our drinks and all the food ordered was delicious! Could not have asked for better food or service. The only negative I can say is I did make reservations on the OpenTable app and did put it was for a special occasion as it was my birthday that same day. It was not acknowledged, which is fine but if it is not going to be acknowledged in some way, why even ask. Other than that it was amazing!!“
