“Chicken was fresh out the grease HOT ? services was great. Since covid19 I only go here if I'm the 2nd or only car in the drive thru. No one wants to work any more. So with a shortage of employees everywhere, it takes longer and my patience isn't that long. Not on the business but me.“
“The staff was friendly and assertive. The young lady caught someone trying to steal two large drinks. So rather than confronting her, she politely gave her the total and stated, "It's for those two drinks over there." LOL Restaurant could be cleaner. I literally slipped in the parking lot of off a chicken bone ?“
“20240330 The young lady at the drive thru tonight was great, polite and nice. The fried chicken was delicious. We have Popeyes back home, but there's something about eating Louisiana fried chicken in Louisiana. Lol I got the fried chicken for one of my pups; the other won't eat it. She ate all 3 pieces! Minus the skin.“
“I just had a great experience at their drive-through. Service was fast and courteous. For the 10 pieces spicy I ordered they asked if I wanted two mild pieces instead of waiting for two spicy pieces to finish frying. I will go out of my way to use this location instead of Staring from now on.“
“Great experience! There was an 8 minute wait for nuggets the order taker informed us at the mic before driving forward. There was an error on the receipt and they fix the order and gave us complimentary food with our order. The man and rest of staff was very nice. Best experience at Popeyes“

“I was skeptical going to this Popeyes but it was on my route, I was starving and the Popeyes in PA is trash. To my surprise, my visit was nothing short of a 5 star rating. They promptly took my order, I didn’t have to back up to restart their timer, the employee at the window was warm and friendly and my food was ready AND HOT!!! ??? This Popeyes provided exceptional food and service. While this was only one visit, a win is a win. I’ll take another chance on them!“
“So I had seen the advertisement for the new honey lemon pepper wings and wanted to try them. So I did! Well they were crunchy and tender on the inside. Nice and hot. They are covered in honey that is really good. Of course they are also spicy hot so be careful if you aren't good with spicy. They have some lemon pepper taste, but the spice over powers that on most pieces. But the honey is on every piece. I'm not sure if I would get them again because a couple of mine had the ghost pepper heat going on, but they were good with a drink. The crunch of them was really good. Go grab some and let's talk and see what your experience was like.“
“This place exquisitely deals with professionalism. And their chicken is to die for; I love their garlic wings. I get as many as I can every time I visit this location. I haven’t been to many Popeyes’s locations in the past, but this one by far is better most chicken places I’ve been to I still have my heart set for Bojangles but that’s only because of my origin in the state of from North Carolina. I bleed Bo-berry Blue baby!!Parking: Always plenty of spots when I have gone to this specific locationKid-friendliness: You can bring your kids here not to play in the playpen. There is no playpen, but they have high chairs.“
“I love the food from Popeye,s. I have been a customer since Al Copeland opened it. I am trying to get a refund for an order that I was charged twice for. Customer service on the Popeye website sent the issue to the Regional franchise. I still have not heard back. It has been over three weeks.“
“Normally I have a great experience at this location but on this day the manager had her hands full. I placed 2 orders online and came in to pick them up. The first was prepared after I arrived and made the aware of the order but the second one I was told I would have to wait for more chicken to cook, my response was that's fine just prepare both orders with the fresh chicken when it comes up. So I sat back and enjoyed the show. I watched the fry cook batter up the chicken and as it was sloppy and dripping drop it in the grease as the manager was asking why it was taking so long. Then the manager made her rounds over by the drive through trying to get the orders filled and there was some confusion around the oven wre something was set for only 4 minutes and would not be cooked all the way. Then she made her way to the front counter where the first order was still sitting next to the prep area. She started questioning the staff "what is this" I offered my help to say that it was my order but I had 2 orders and I had to wait on more spicy chicken for the second one so I asked them to fix both orders with the fresh chicken once it was ready. Well that seamed to be a problem and she stared acting like I just ruined her day. I asked her to calm down and said that it was ok it's just chicken. She remade the first order and shoved it towards me when the chicken came up. So then I asked what about the 2nd order? She started asking her workers what 2nd order is he talking about the staff tried to tell her that I had 2 orders and showed her the order slips. She fixed the 2nd order and I told her that it's ok im patiently waiting and I'm not in a rush. But I did rush out as I felt like this was a toxic environment, I didn't even ask for any cajun sparkle or honey. The second order wasn't even in a bag it was just in the box dripping with grease as she was rushing every employee and didn't give the chicken time to properly drain. When I got home I had chunks of batter on the chicken and a pool of grease in the box. The under side of the chicken was soggy. This entire visit was about 15 minutes, I placed my order when I left the grocery store(about 10 minutes before my arrival) , I had milk and produce in the car. I think this team needs a little help. In total there was about 6 employees behind the counter so I don't think it was a staffing issue, my they were all new hires? The drill Sergeant manager was like little tornado whipping though the store trying to get everything in shape but her furry reached out across the counter to the customers also.Parking: Lots of free and clear parking, but the drive through doesn't have enough spots for customers to wait for their orders, lol“
