Ms. Gervaise and the crew at the Sherwood Forest Starbucks location were phenomenal! The Starbucks on Oneal Lane messed up my drink order, and their attitude was less than pleasant. I decided to go to another Starbucks to order the same drink, and they comped the drink for me due to the service I received at the other location! Now that is A-1 customer service!
