Staff are nice.“

“I was a bit disappointed that the juices weren't freshly made on the spot. But the Root and Fruit was very tasty. I like to juice at home so I can get the pulp, no pulp with their juices. The younh woman at the register was very kind and knowledgeable. I see some people complain about the prices. To them I say, have you been in the grocery stores these days and seeing the price of veg and fruit?“

“This was my regular morning coffee and breakfast spot for a recent stay in the Bywater area. Friendly and accommodating, with a selection of big and small plates for all appetites. My go to was the chilli avocado toast and cortado, perfect for starting my days. Sometimes the chef would sing something delightful while going about his tasks, not indicative of his Celtic Frost T. Servers are friendly and helpful, with good memories, as my personal peculiar dietary requirements were remembered after day one. Thanks Satsuma!“

“I was looking for a golden latte because when I'm on my period I love a nice warm drink, and this place more than delivered! I was feeling a little warn out from sightseeing and Jordan Flower was such a lovely part of my day. He was patient with me as I decided which drink to get and very friendly! I enjoyed chatting with him and will be back before I leave town! On top of the excellent service, the golden milk latte was very tasty. I also got a friend a caramel macchiato and they were so grateful. Give Jordan a raise! 10/10 would recommend.“

“Great customer service. I would advise that the owners prepare the employees with a bit more knowledge in the products they serve for instant if I asked what does “Power” juice do. I was only told it had a lot of vegetables and even the menu you was pretty broad from a description standpoint. Smoothie king does a good job with their menu when it comes to explaining what each smoothie offers for your body.Parking: You have to pay but if you are in out quickly then you won’t have to pay“

“I work on the West Bank, and I am a regular here almost every day. There are a lots of these nutrition shops that are being opened. To be honest, I go out of my way to grab my teas here. The variety of choices can be intimidating, no matter how busy these ladies are... They take the time to explain the menu; that is a huge plus for me. The customer service is wonderful, extensive menu, and the store is super clean! The added bonus is they are one of the few shops open on Sunday. I highly recommend!“

I only recently had bubble tea for the first time, but now I can't get enough. I got the mango passionfruit tea with lychee jellies and mango popping boba. It was super yummy, but I forgot to ask if they can adjust the sweetness here like you can at some other places. I didn't think that it was overly sweet, but a little less would have been perfect for me. They have milk teas, jasmine fruit teas, coffee, and smoothies. The shop is quiet and quaint, nestled into a small shopping center. I was the only person in the shop when I went, so I'm not sure it's ever super busy, but you should def check it out in you're in the area.“

“I go to this location often as it's close to where I work. I always order using the app; sometimes I go to the drive-thru for pickup, sometimes I go in, depending on the drive-thru line. The staff does a great job at getting orders done quickly. They're friendly and, if I have to wait a minute or two when I go in, they always apologize. It's so refreshing to go to a place where the people are pleasant, do a great job with smiles on their faces and get the orders done quickly.
