“I recently visited family in Covington and had a zoom webinar to attend early in the morning. I wanted some coffee and a hearty meal and found them on google. Let me tell you, they absolutely did not disappoint!!! The atmosphere is calm and cozy and I was one of the few people there early. They had lovely art on the walls and soft lighting. Rosie was my server and she was phenomenal. She made sure my coffee never went cold and got my food out very quickly.I had a breakfast sandwich and it was perfectly cooked and very filling (the price points were great too!). My food was so good I ordered one to go for my boyfriend and he also thoroughly enjoyed it.Once my webinar was finished I chatted with my server about the establishment and the area for a while. She was very personable and kind. I will absolutely visit again when I’m back in town.TLDR; Amazing food, cozy atmosphere, very fair prices and phenomenal staff.“

“We have purchased entrees and sides here several times. Some of my favorites are the Chicken Parmesan, Grillades, Enchiladas, and Meatloaf. They have cheese great cheese grits and many other tasty sides. Soups, quiche, along with chicken salad and pimento cheese are available too, My top pick is the chicken parm. There's is unique because they don't use the breading. That may sound unusual but it's yummy and cuts way back on the carbs. Most items come in 2 different sizes. One more family size and one more fit 1-2 people. You can also buy a lot of items either fresh or frozen. I do think it's important to note that items are not cheap, if you think of it as creating a meal and figure up how many people you feed, it's not much more than you would spend buying something out that's probably not that good. The owner's son is usually there when we drop by and he usually always helpful and nice! The shop is small but full of their homemade dishes as well as a nice variety of local products from artisans. I really appreciate that they support other locals! Drop in and buy something to try. You may decide the quality and convenience is worth the little extra cost!“

“TLDR; Best place around. Order their food.I am progressively disabled, meaning some days I can function and others, I can't walk hardly. I also have celiac. Palmisanos is incredibly easy to order from, is unbelievably affordable, and is run by a sweet family. The food is reliably quality. I have never gotten sick and I've never had anything I disliked enough to waste. I have dishes I love more than others, but sometimes I order my not faves for health reasons, and they do an amazing job at catering to my needs.I HIGHLY recommend Palmisanos to anyone, and especially anyone who lives with food intolerance or chronic illness.Here's a love letter for the verbose:Without Palmisanos, I'd have a much harder time in life. I'd be paying way more for food that could be cross contaminated or from a restaurant with old oil, and would cost 2 or 3x the price.This service is worth driving round trip from NOLA once a week because it enables me to care for my family when my body can't. It makes me a more reliable person. It takes so much stress off of me. This business is more than a restaurant; it is a place for people like me, who are often ostracized, to find care and service and inclusion. That care part makes humans healthy. And that is why I want people like Palmisanos to succeed - they know their community members' names, and they will always care for me better than any corporation ever will. “fresh juices made to order, raw vegan nibbles, vegan Cesar salad, and it was Christmas time so we had some of the BEST Raw Vegan Not ever. we live in Florida, but we will schedule this on our drives into NOLA area every time“

“I am overwhelmed by the outstanding customer service and over the top attention to detail from the pastry chef. Every time I speak with someone over the phone they are kind and make sure they hear me out thoroughly. My cakes have absolutely blown me away every time. They have turned out better than the example I have shown them both times and I will be back for all of my future events :) here’s a couple of cakes I have ordered for my sons baptism and my husbands birthday, thank you Zoe’s!“

“This was my first time to the Green Fork in Covington, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. My husband and I probably got everything in the cooler--the veggie soup, roasted veggie salad, thai chicken bowl, cauliflower/broccoli salad, and some of their gluten free baked goods. The cookies are TO DIE FOR. The guy that helped us at the counter was knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. I'll definitely be back.“

“My biggest rave is that they make one heck of a Bloody Mary, a little spicier than I'm used to, but it's amazing. The waitstaff is amazing and made sure we were satisfied at every turn, without making us feel smothered. The food was wonderful, I would definitely recommend the any of the ground beef and brisket chimichangas with the 3 chimichanga plate. Very affordable.“

“We decided to try this restaurant for our Friday night dinner, they might need a new hostess because that is the first thing you see when you walk in but she looked very grumpy and not happy at all. But rest of my experience was good. The food was good and the service was also excellent.“
