I wanna start by saying that I was so excited that the Mediterranean restaurant opened up near us. I live in River Ridge and we love Mediterranean food. I went to Byblos and everything was clean, the staff was amazingly friendly. Their homemade bread was to die for. The only thing I have an issue with, is their menu. They say there’s vegetarian platters however the falafel‘s are cooked in with other meat. Which definitely makes it not vegetarian at all. You cannot cook vegetarian food in with meat. It doesn’t make sense. So unfortunately there’s many things that we think we can eat there that we cat. But I will say the things that I Did eat, were spectacular. Their soups, bean dips, hummus and their pasta dishes with vegetables. They were out of this world delicious. I would give this restaurant 4 1/2 stars only because of the discrepancy with their vegetarian food. I would be willing to even buy them a fire for separate use for falafel’s lol. Anyways definitely check out this amazing restaurant! I am going back today:)
