“Great place to go if you are craving a burger. Burgers were cooked to order, juicy, and delicious. Vegetables used to dress the burger were nice and fresh. The burger patties weren't too thick or too thin - perfect size.Burgers come with fries, but can be subbed out for a list of items. I subbed my fries for onion rings, which I recommend doing. The fries here aren't great but the onion rings were phenomenal - perfectly crispy and well seasoned.“

“A neighborhood bar where the neighbors include fantastic musicians who might just show up to play a few sets after they're done playing the main stage at Jazz Fest. The word entertaining doesn't begin to capture the vibe at this spot.“

“I was just at Okay Bar for a Persian New Year event and had the best time!! For a Tuesday night at any bar, I wasn't sure what to expect. As soon as I got there, it was music and good vibes flowing out the doors! I had a drink within minutes and into the vibrant crowd I went dancing haha. An amazing Persian food pop-up guest starring for the night called Baba Joon! Apparently they hadn't popped up since last Summer, so the people really came to support! Wasn't sure I'd get to try it with how popular they looked but they moved through the line quickly and I got to try a few dishes! Really glad I made it over to Okay Bar! More than okay with me! :)“

“First off, I like this place and recommend it. Food, service, ambience, and convenient location are excellent. Personally, I go there primarily for the GOLF SIMULATOR. The golf setup, features, and screen options are also excellent and it provides mostly good information. Perhaps the best feature is the camera which shows how the clubhead contacts the ball, e.g., middle of the face or not and whether the face is square, closing, or fanning open at impact. On the other hand, and this is why I cannot give a 5 star review, the GOLF SIMULATOR IS NOT ACCURATE. I bring my own premium golf balls. The ones provided are not always of high quality. I am a seasoned golfer who knows his distances and numbers. The simulator's distances can be way off. I don't know if the simulator is regularly calibrated. When I asked the manager about this, he had no answer. Several times, I have spoken to other golfers who had the same experience. So do go but do not expect the simulator to give accurate feedback.“

“Not a drinker, but I came here bc of a recommendation for another local business to try their burgers. Got their regular cheeseburger and some fries. The hamburger was seasoned to perfection and the fries are just the right crinkle fries. Not too soft and not hard. The employees were very nice and got my order out quick. I did see a bunch of people that came for drinks and to hangout so I can imagine people like coming for the atmosphere. Come check it out.“

“Good value for a quick overnight stop and full nights rest. The hotel was very clean. Pillows and blankets very soft which the family liked a lot. Good water pressure. Location is easy proximity to explore tourist spots without being on the busy loud main drags. We took a 10 min petty cab bike ride to bourbon and walked all the way down and over to Frenchman. Chose a room with View of the river which was nice, the kids felt “fancy”. Only parking available is valet, but our dually truck was not accepted so we had to park overnight in the lot next door $40. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am on a Saturday which was annoying so do put on the do not disturb sign. AC was working well and strong but my husband said he noticed feeling stuffy from the vents.“

“This place is the best! The food is consistently great and the people are very sweet. They had missed an item last time I ordered (the mozzarella sticks, which are the best I've had anywhere) so this time they included an extra treat with a nice note thanking me for my order, which was such a sweet surprise. The churros were warm and delicious! Recommend just about anything on the menu, especially the pizza and burgers!“

“What a find! We found MeMe's in an article about places where the locals like to eat and the visit was fantastic. We ate the most tender and tasty pork chop ever. The watermelon margarita was perfection, not too sweet and with a sweet/spicy rim. The BBQ shrimp and grits were terrific, beautifully flavored. To finish the meal we had the frozen coconut caramel pie and loved every bite. Service was excellent from the greeting at the door to bringing the exact sauces to go with the exceptional chargrilled oysters (yes, we discussed actually licking the plate) to keeping the water glasses filled. We even got to chat with the chef/owner and learned some of his history and passion for food and the area. Our experience was absolutely wonderful!“

“We were waiting for a table at Morrow's so came to Artisan for a drink. This is a very small, but clean and cute neighborhood bar. It definitely reminded me of some of the neighborhood bars in Chicago. We didn't try the food but they had some great sounding options. Our bartender, Cheryl, was fabulous and chatted with us for awhile. Multiple tvs around the bar and a bar with many options. Would highly recommend a visit.“

“Great food, reasonable price, great service. The only thing that I would change is the fact that they don't have a tomato soup that is paired with their grilled cheese sandwich. When we ordered the grilled cheese, we were surprised that they did not have a tomato soup that went along with it. I think that is one big thing that is lacking from their menu.“
