“It was a pleasant environment and the representative was very patient and helped me pick the right protein shake for me!“
“This is the first time I've come across a coffee shop and wine bar, and it did not disappoint. The coffee selection is excellent, with both hot and cold brews available. If you want a sweet treat during the hot summer, get a Granita; it will not disappoint.I've been a fan of PJs since back when they had only one store on Magazine Street in Uptown New Orleans.Pro tip: if you are going there to work on your laptop, ensure you get a receipt; the wifi password is at the bottom.“

“Puccino's is currently my favorite study spot! The ladies that work here don't always make conversation with you, but they recommend great stuff and always get your food and drinks out to you quickly, hot and fresh. This place definitely has character!! Every wall has something interesting or funny to look at/read. The decor will leave you entertained and never board. This isn't your modern, basic coffeeshop...it's a nice change up to a lot of places you'll visit nowadays.“

“My babies absolutely LOVE this donut shop! The atmosphere is ALWAYS great, the food is ALWAYS great, and I’ve never had to wait in a line. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A RUDE EMPLOYEE OR A SINGLE FLY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT (I read other reviews that say these things and I needed to make it known that none of these things are true at all!)“

“We went yesterday and the wait was 2 hours. Got there a little earlier today and we got in. I’ve eaten at the Uptown location and was so happy they opened up another one that’s closer. It was my daughter’s first time and she said the food is so good and understands why there is a wait.“

“We loved our meal here! The environment felt very nice and clean, and the service was great. I had the lemon buttermilk ricotta pancakes, and OMG! They were so fluffy and decadent without being too sweet. My dining companion had the BBQ shrimp and grits and said they were the best he'd ever had. He looked so happy! Would eat here again all day, any day!“

“Went here all 3 mornings I was in town and this is such a great place. They are so friendly and the food and drinks are very good. I had the salmon egg cup, almond croissant, blueberry crumble croissant and the peach crumble croissant - and they were all great! So glad I found this spot!“

“This place is an absolute gem with one of the best cappuccinos/iced cappuccinos in town. Gelato and pastries are always amazing… rainbow cookies (seasonal) are my personal favourite, and I’m picky. I’m writing this review to specifically combat the poor review left a few below mine. it’s really off the mark. to want an update to the decor means you probably want a whatever hipster bakery vibe — this place is a living piece of history and the decor is half of why i go & choose to dine in. don’t be dissuaded becos Brocato’s is wonderful and one of a kind.“

“Great little cafe tucked in the quarter featuring a wide variety of games from arcade machines to uno. Love the vibe and the food here but the coffee is a bit pricey.Got a large mocha (more like medium sized) for around $8-9. Just a bit more compared to other cafes like PJs.“

“I was a bit disappointed that the juices weren't freshly made on the spot. But the Root and Fruit was very tasty. I like to juice at home so I can get the pulp, no pulp with their juices. The younh woman at the register was very kind and knowledgeable. I see some people complain about the prices. To them I say, have you been in the grocery stores these days and seeing the price of veg and fruit?“

“I loved the vibe here! I'm not a coffee drinker, but I had their earl grey tea and added some milk and honey, and then had their butterfly peaflower green iced tea with honey and sugar. Both were tasty! The environment here is to die for. Even if the drinks had been garbage I would have stayed just to relax on their lovely back patio.“

“French Truck Coffee used to be much stronger when this place opened up on 1200 Magazine St. I would gladly be willing to pay the increase if you need to adjust the recipe for your iced coffee brewing process. I'm sure the locals would agree. Thank you! This is coming from one of your first local customers when you guys opened up. Keep the coffee strong! We Love It!“

“I am a sucker for a macaron shop, and they are hard to find! I was so happy to stumble onto this one! The most beautiful shop with even more beautiful desserts! The macarons were expensive - $28 for 8, but the more experience leaned higher end. I was surprised to see the beautiful presentation of the macarons upon purchase. The shop keeper was incredibly nice & the macarons were perfect!“

“We almost kept walking by this place when we looked in the window because it looks like a counter service kind of place, but the waitress waved us in. We are so glad that she did. The food was amazing, best breakfast that we had in New Orleans. And super friendly staff. The atmosphere is kind of combination of diner/cafeteria but don’t let that fool you.“

“We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mike and his family while visiting New Orleans back in June 2017. This was not a planned visit to their restaurant, but one that will long stay with us. Great Food, Great Experience -Do Not Miss the Chance to add this place to your ‘Bucket-List’. The Shirmp and Grits was off the hook good.“

“Quite possibly the best breakfast I have ever had...Boudin Benedict with a sweet tomato relish on top. The muffin was perfectly toasted and although the boudin could have been spicier (personal preference) it was amazing. My eggs were perfectly poached as well. Yum! ⚜️ Josh had Creole grits and beignets which he loved.“
“I recently went there as a stop for a pub crawl and even with alot of us there the staff did an amazing job. Everyone was super friendly and this place is so cool to walk into. I will definitely be going back again highly recommend checking it out.“

“Best Breakfast Quiche If you're lucky enough to catch them open this casual spot has amazing hand made pastries and quiche. The owner is there daily doing the baking. I've been a regular at this spot for the last 5 years. They're consistent at what they do. Even the vegetable quiche is outstanding. It's a cost friendly alternative to the crowded breakfast spots downtown. If you're there at 1:30-2:00 they give away the day's unsold pastries to customers...“

“Great place for breakfast, menu has changed some what, less omelet selection, grits are a little runner spread out onto the plate looks like more but less. I ordered fish and grits w/eggs. Instead waiter brought me a bowl shrimp and grits with eggs on the side. I ask where is the fish she said oh! Yes came back with the fish. I told her I had ordered fish and grits, no sir you ask for shrimp and grits. Anyway the food taste good my guess were happy, In the end so was I. 9/04/23.“

“I was in Tremé for four days, and I ate and drank coffee at Fatmas each and every single one of those days. The coffee was amazing. The food was delicious and their pastries were just beautiful. I loved the atmosphere and the outside seating. There’s even a couple of open windows where you can just stand and look out and feel the breeze while you’re waiting for your food. I wish that I lived closer so that I could go there every day.“

“Great food and service. Big portions and freshly made. The bacon ? is a must. Thick and crispy. Yum! ? Hash browns are diced not stringy. The coffee ☕ is good too. It's no Starbies but they have a few bottles of flavors for the little young baristas back there to assist you. Don't forget to ask for whipped cream. I didn't ?“
