“Heading to the back of Erin rose, it’s easy to be doubtful of how good a poboy you could get from the little kitchen back there, but we were pleasantly surprised! Great poboys in a variety of flavors. We tried the glazed pork and beef ones, both were delicious. Can be a little messy, would recommend eating quickly as they can get a bit mushy quickly. The glazed pork had a sweetness to it, and the beef had pickled veggies that gave it a nice zing. Pair it with a frozen Irish coffee from the bar for a great meal.“
