“Staff and owners are awesome! Went in for the first time today and I watched liked 10 people come in over the course of a few hours, and the barista literally knew all their names and orders. Then the owner helped me jump my car battery that had died. Best part was they made my coffee exactly how I asked!“

“This place is one my go to coffee hang outs. I almost want to keep it a secret because I enjoy that it is not overcrowded and quaint. This is what I would call a Orleans Parish fancy coffee shop setting with home made meals and coffee in Jefferson. You feel like you are in New Orleans as it is a raised house, with high ceilings, wooden creeky floors, door locks that barely work for the bathroom, and even live music.I have been coming here monthly since the summer and it is a small business owned by a woman who makes her own pickles and cookies with sea salt and coffees. Since it is small, they sometimes run out of items so if your heart is set on something call ahead. She has the most incredible pulled pork cheesy biscuit. Again, sometimes the cheesy biscuit is out, but the regular biscuit is just fine. The home made pickles are truly incredible. My hubby does not like pickles and he craves these. There is a sweetness to them, it isn't all vinegary. And the owner is considering selling them on the side soon. The cookie is a chocolate chip cookie that she adds seastalt to that enhances the flavor. The salad I had, she was out of the particular greens, but the salad was amazing too! The coffee I had was a caramel or something style, it was so good, I got it in cold and hot latte style!I love the teal truck outside that matches the door. The place is clean inside. There are steps to get into the place, there are about 5 or 6 small tables inside, there is a porch with a couple of small tables as well. Prices are on par with any other Orleans parish coffee shop, and parking is off street parking and is across the street which is basically Causeway.“

“Well, don't judge me, but I've been on an apple pie binge, and i ordered 10 pies and they only uad 4 fresh. They were very fast to fix the rest of them up and since they normally take 12 mins to cook them I was surprised when it took about 5 minutes! I also received the 4 fresh ones first while i waited then when i was supposed to get the remaining 6 i was bamboozled for a second after counting 10 pies that was happy to be delivered by a sweet young lady. Seems like the employees worked very good together and fast. Great team and 10/10 thank you guys!“

“Solidly the best coffee I've ever had outside of free-standing fancy coffee houses. I've only bought black coffee from PJ's, but the espresso drinks look great. The coffee tastes like better beans than Starbucks or nearly any other chain I've visited, and they're a match for many high-end roasters.They just have really good coffee.“

“I used the drive-thru. The cashier was very pleasant. My order was accurate. I ordered super-sized fries, a regular French fry, Chicken McNuggets, and two apple pies. The regular fries tasted fresher than the Supersized container. My super-sized fries were limp and had fragmented pieces ? I didn't taste the McNuggets as they weren't mine. The apple pie hardly had any apple pie filling which was disappointing! I rarely eat McD's only order when I order for someone else, but have always ordered Super Sized fries as my meal. These were disappointing. They certainly weren't as tasty as I remember!? Hopefully, this is just a one-off event. I'd give them another chance if I pick up McD's for someone else“
