Super friendly and sweet! drink never ran out before I had another sitting beside it. I ordered the fried craw claws and the swamp platter. It was all cooked fresh and came out very quick. Seasoning was on point! very large portions (no chance you're leaving hungry) This is the first restaurant in the area I give a 10 out of 10. let's face it most NOLA restaurants rush food in and out and season just enough to get by because of the tourists! ToV is one of those spots that I tend to love because it’s just like a locals type dive bar-ish spot with good food at good prices and cold drinks. They play all the sports on TV’s all around the bar and they have a pool table and three dart boards.I’ve had three different burgers in my three trips in but I’ve also tried bites of the ribeye wrap, fresh tuna, pork chop, loaded tater tots, etc. Everything I tried was good at the very least, most things very good. If you’re looking for flashy or upscale dining though…go somewhere else. This is just real food by real people done well.The one criticism I will leave is that they would greatly benefit from a better roll for the burgers. I enjoy them cooked medium rare - medium and if you don’t eat them quickly the bun will start to deteriorate. “From the top: This restaurant is located at the end of Gate B where Spirit flies out of. Literally at the end. You can’t see it. Keep walking. Hostess did not escort us to a table. She told us to find a table on the other side. So we did. After being seated, I saw another family be escorted to their table. I don’t like the phone ordering part. Don’t make me work for it. Make sure your camera phone/tablet works/is charged up, as there are no handheld/paper menus. You have to place your order from your mobile device. There are NO PICTURES on the mobile menu. Weird. Wait time was good. No issues there. I orders the jambalaya. It is very tasty and hot! Just the right amount of spice and heat. Plenty of yummy and mild andouille sausage, shrimp (24/30 and one size down) and tender chunks of chicken that I was able to cut with a spoon. It is not skimpy at all! (I did have a big piece of shrimp cartilage though). My jambalaya looks like someone else’s pic from a year ago and that pic was impressive!! The price and that pic are the reasons I ordered it. I’m pleased…and FULL!!! Woo! I’m struggling to finish it 😂 Because I also ordered dessert, everything came out at once. I don’t like that. My dessert will not be cool when it’s time to eat it. I’m hoping there are bananas in my banana pudding but it doesn’t look like it. I see two banana slices on top. If you sit in the “booth style seating” you can charge multiple devices. You can even use just your USB cord. The lady who served me was nice and polite. She checked on me at least twice before I submitted my review. She took away my dirty napkin while I was eating. That nice and unexpected. Overall, it’s 4stars. I would eat here again. Not bad at all for airport food! Hope this helps!!”

“It has been some years since I have visited Auntie Anne's Pretzels. I picked up a cinnamon-sugar pretzel post my flight into Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport from O'Hare International Airport - Chicago. Auntie Anne's is one of the options conveniently located in Terminal 1 of the airport. Though it was not my preferred option, I felt it was a satisfying option until I got settled in the city. Kiedra, the employee who assisted me, took care of me in a timely manner at the register. Prior to departing the airport, I enjoyed the cinnamon-sugar pretzel; its size and taste was as satisfying as I imagined! ~Blessings~ Thomas G”

My husband introduced me to this restaurant over a decade ago and we continue to order food from here at least a few times every month. We usually order the combo plates, chicken on the stick, and crab rangoons. We find the food is consistent, hot, and fast. I never knew freshly cooked General Tso chicken was supposed to be crispy and then covered in sauce until I tried it here. The service is great for introverts who want to just pick up their food and go. The inside is pretty dated, but always clean.”

“Great hotel and comfortable beds! My room was clean and everything was wrapped and appeared to be sanitized. I also love that the van runs every 15 minutes, it’s super helpful when you’re trying to squeeze in some last minute sleep in the morning and it keeps the wait times down on the other end when you arrive. Thanks for that! I stay here for work off and on, but last night I only had 4 hours to sleep and I just happened to have a large group of people right next door to me having a great time at midnight. They were extremely loud and I was unable to sleep through it. I called down twice, once security was sent up and the second time Bridgette again answered and said she would take care of it herself. I heard her come up and never heard a peep after that from them. She called me after to confirm they were no longer making noise and it really saved my sleep which subsequently saved the whole next day. I appreciate her concern with preserving the sleep of other guests. She was super friendly and I can’t say enough about how far customer service goes especially in the hotel industry. She deserves all the kudos and awards. Her prompt action and professionalism shows that customer service is at the forefront of her mind. She is an excellent representative for the company and I know she will go far. Also the manager Tiffany who took my call after the fact to compliment her was extremely nice and helpful as well! “I've been getting daiquiris from this establishment for a few months now, so here's my take.They are, without a doubt, the strongest daiquiris in the Parish. However, this unfortunately doesn't make them suitable for everyone. If you don't like them super strong, they aren't for you. But if that's your preference, enjoy as we do. You definitely get your money's worth, and the cash only option doesn't bother us at all. CVS has an ATM which is in the same parking lot.As for the atmosphere inside, we haven't spent much time inside other than to order.Truthfully, its your stereotypical dive bar, smokey, dark, and dungeon-like. Which is no different than the countless others within the state.All and all, we definitely recommend them to anyone of similar mind, especially if you want a cheap, strong drink to get your mind right after a tough day.”

“A magical experience! I know - extreme hyperbole for coffee, right? I'd never been here before. I was in the neighborhood and wanted iced coffee. I chose the locally-owned shop over the big national chain nearby. A cheerful greeting set the tone. I don't get that from the big chain. Everyone at the national chain place always seems run down, punching a clock. Then, after placing an order for iced coffee, I was patiently provided a range of milk offerings, and - here comes the magical part - I was asked what color I like my iced coffee to be - if I like the color to change. Why, yes! Thank you for asking! I like my iced coffee to be creamy, to take the edge off the coffee acidity. Isn't that how it always should be? Most places just top off a cup with ice and then coffee, and drizzle in a few molecules of milk. In my lifetime, I can't recall any other coffee shop that has asked this particular question about coffee color, and it was perfectly asked. I don't know about the rest of you, but these little details make the difference. I didn:t stay to dine, but I noticed that guest diners' food was plated nicely, and everything in the place looked clean and well organized. These are all signs of good ownership, and good management, focused on worker satisfaction, and cultivating a happy and loyal repeat customer experience. Again, however mundane my order was, it was still a magical experience. No, I have no idea who the owners are. I'm just an average guy who randomly stopped by.”

“The food is legit at this tiny gem! Small dining area and not much atmosphere but they make up for it with the AUTHENTIC and delicious food. Prices are very low so feel free to try new things. Also they have cold Mexican coke in glass bottles. Soooo worth it.”

They have a few tables with checkers which my kids love, clean bathrooms and tons of choices!We have had an array of snoball flavors, milkshakes, sundaes and a banana split and all have been great.
