“I am a Starbucks addict. With that being said, this location (1 of 3 within short distance from my home) is 100% hands down, THE best of Metairie or Kenner. Super friendly barristas, always work to get out fast, accurate orders, and obviously a well managed location. That's why I drive a little further to go here. Despite stopping daily for well over a year, I've never had an inaccurate order. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Mr. Tim“
“I recommend always verifying your order before leaving, as there's a significant chance it might be incorrect. The staff doesn't seem to show much appreciation, even for tips, and tend to be unfriendly. If possible, visiting another Starbucks might be a better choice, as the quality of food and coffee remains consistent, but you're likely to find better service elsewhere.“
“Contrary to what most of the reviews say, I was pretty satisfied with this Starbucks. The lady who took my order was pleasant and seemed very kind. The bad news about this place was at the drink-making area. I came at around 5:30 on a Sunday. There was only one person making all the drinks and three people in the back playing on their phones. The woman making the drinks was very efficient, but there were only two other people in line with me, so I can see why this would cause lots of backups in the busy morning. The drink was good, I got a mango drangonfruit lemonade refresher. It was slightly under shaken and didn’t have the light ice I asked for, but other than that, it was a good overall experience.“
“Today was my first time back at this location since reopening and I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't catch the young lady's name that took my order but it was around 930 this morning.Not only was she super friendly, she also offered me a sample beverage! It was awesome! I would of never tried it without her offering it and now it may be a new regular drink of mine!“
