I walked in to Cane's and there was a lady ordering. I waited in line while 3 other employees stood by the register waiting for the finished order I guess. It took a good 4-5 minutes to complete the order and I waited, the other employees waited. Just as she finished ordering I stepped up to order and 2 more people came in the door. I usually order the box combo or the 3 piece combo, but the chicken is not always fresh, even the fries aint...they be saggy and cold. When I go to the drive thru window I pay them $12 expecting my chicken fingers to be fresh and hot, and not chicken that has been sitting for hours, so the fries. shame on yall that is not because it should always be.

the gal behind the counter was in a great mood. she had a great smile... and she KNEW i was going to order an extra toast!! when I asked her to add it, she smiled as if she already knew what I was going to say. the lobby was clean. Staff was friendly. satisfied MY hunger!!
