First time trying them out yesterday and never returning back, I called in and ordered hot sausage and fries to go last told me it would be ready between 10-15 minutes, i worked 3 minutes from this establishment, so after 8 minutes of me calling it in i head over there, i get back to my office and the hot sausage wasn’t even room temperature it was cold fries were hot, so i called ask to speak to the manager i believe his name was anthony don’t quote me he was extremely rude and disrespectful, told me there was nothing he could do no refund nothing and i told him i’m not asking for my money back but at least remake it he told me no and hung up the phone i call back to get his name he was very sarcastic stating “yea my name is anthony anything else you need” before i could answer him the call hung up again

First and last time eating here. Incapable of following a simple order. Ordered a burger with light lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and ketchup. Ended up with a burger with a pile of cheese, heavy lettuce, mayonnaise and ketchup. Cook had attitude when notified about mistake. Bad first impression, never again.
