this store never has a working milk shake machine. its been months. poor maintenance. tables dirty. there not much ear in room so keep it clean.

I'm going to need a phone number for your corporate , I was at work today so one of my coworkers went and picked up lunch, she got me the impossible Whopper meal. When she brought the meal to me I opened the bag, my sandwich was wrapped in the regular whopper paper which was one issue, so I opened it up and picked a little piece off and immediately knew that it was meat. I then put a little piece in my mouth And again immediately knew that this was meat.. I am a vegetarian and I eat impossible burgers all the time not just from Burger King but from other places as well , also at my own house. I brought the meal back and ask them to remake the sandwich and explained to them why. The girl at the register told the people in the back that she needed an impossible sandwich , they Remade it,I could see the impossible sandwich come out , and also a regular whopper come out. The girl grabbed the regular whopper and gave it to me, I then gave it back to her after I opened it and verified that this again was actual meat.. Then, I can only assume that there was a person that was the manager on duty , tried to argue with me and tell me that this in fact was the impossible .I explained that no this is absolutely not the impossible, and all I want is my sandwich to be made properly. She then said forget it give Her the money back, it was extremely rude and sat there and argued with me back and for that this was not meat which I know better..There was a worker there that I know because she used to come to my job all the time and also because I come to Burger King a lot and order lunch. She herself was going to remake my sandwich but the manager told her no you're not.I will not be back at all because this is the rudest behavior , and most unprofessional behavior from a so called manager. .If I spoke to a customer this way at my job I would be fired,She probably should be.
