Unfortunately, my experience with the Italian sub I ordered today via Doordash was not up to par. Despite specifically requesting extra cheese and paying for it, my order arrived without the additional cheese. Moreover, the overall taste of the sub was disappointingly dry. The flavor of the Italian dressing, which I was eagerly anticipating, was barely discernible.
Three Stars not because you are a bad restaurant, just because your sandwich post covid have gotten much thinner aka less width and meat post covid. Your sandwiches have gotten less filling.I have been eating firehouse for years. The changes are disappointing.

Veggies are fresh! Customer service is excellent! Store is clean with a pleasent environment! A must visit when your in town. Far exceeds other sub shops. Plus they donate to our firefighters and give them, policemen, and Veterans a discount! Don't forget to get your $3 5 gallon pickle bucket for growing your veggies in.
