Our food was delicious and our waiter was polite, but I do have something else to say. Please make sure your servers are concerned about their personal hygiene and appearances. We spent over $100 for each person, I don't want to smell anyone when I am dining in a fine dining restaurant. That took away from my experience. Especially since this was my first time visiting. unacceptable.

UPDATE: They say to email the customer service team to look good on google but have not heard from anyone since.This was the worst possible experience I have had at a fine dining restaurant.. DO NOT GO HERE. I made the mistake in taking my boyfriend here for his birthday celebration. The steak was undercooked and after the waiter brought it out admitted that it was definitely not medium but closer to rare. We sent it back for it to come back out not even 2 minutes later and STILL be super raw, stringy and odd textured. The worst part about this experience is the waiter noticed us barely touching the steak to which his service went significantly downhill from there and seemed to have no care that customers are paying over 200$ for a dinner for two. He stopped saying you’re welcome when we thanked him, stopped all eye contact, and stopped refilling drinks. It was as if he felt he wouldn’t be tipped because of the bad steak and stopped caring to give good service (we tipped him 18% still as a gesture since we don't like to leave people with nothing ). OH and to make matters worse the women's bathroom was flooded and I stepped in a huge puddle of water and my feet were almost completely submerged in water.200$ for this experience is mind blowing. You can probably get a better steak from Applebee's.

This place has changed. Its no where near as good as it used to be. Texas Road House is dishing out better steaks. Not worth the price at this point.

Everything was great. Our original two servers were very good. However, one of the food runners was very rude. Even to the other 2 servers. We spoke to the manager just to let them know and they were very nice and insisted on bringing us a free dessert. The reason I share this is not to receive anything for free, just to show how it really is a team effort and one bad team member can make or break you. Thank you Flemings for trying to make this right, I hope the runner was just having a bad day and everything was resolved.

The service was absolutely horrible. Our order was either not put into the system or forgotten with not one server, back waiter or manager ever checking on our table. I literally never complain, but we were celebrating my 87 year old Mom's birthday...it was not special. 1:15 minutes to finally request a check on our Medium Rare Steaks, then they arrived in 5 minutes. Server was amiss & more focused on polishing wine glasses than existing patrons. We love Flemings, but a 6:45pm reservation for 3 ppl shouldn't be that difficult.
Wasn't to sure if our server even liked us?, very dry interactions. My salad was drowned in dressing, I feel that kind of defeats the purpose of a salad. Also our main course l was very bland. For the price I wish the experience would give you the bang for your buck.
