Drove up to the pick up window. What looked to be a manager was working the window. I had 2 large teas. She grabbed the empty cup with her right index finger in the cup and the rest of her hand on the outside. She did this with both cups and no gloves on. This would be unacceptable at any time but especially now with the pandemic going on. This McDonald’s has always given poor service but this was a all time low. I just threw the drinks away.
