Went to Pj’s on my lunch break, ordered the spinach and feta croissant, it was great, but disappointed in the presentation. The barista put the croissant in the bag before putting it in the oven, crisped up the bag as well, and gave it to me like that. The bag literally fell apart in my car, and almost lost my lunch! Terrible service!

Hello. Not sure if talking fo the barista would solve this little problem but want to express concern. Its about the woman’s bathroom at the Metairie Road location Please take the time to check the condition of your toilet. Unfortunately The toilet seat is broken and my handicapped friend had the miss fortune of having to use the bathroom and sit on the seat because her leg is broken and she could not bend it. Good thing I was with her because the toilet sleep seat slipped. Almost caused her to fall on the floor. Has she fallen on the floor, and if she would’ve been alone I doubt she would’ve been able to get up. And she probably would’ve been injured. I just wanted to bring that to someone’s attention and not sure you talk to you so I’m playing it right here. The coffee , the shop, and the people that work there make the experience very nice when you go to PJs. Please pay attention to your bathrooms as I’m sure there are many people that use it and I feel that this could be a problem ...thank you
