A man claiming to be the GM, who's name on the receipt said "Travis", gave us the wrong food, overcharged us for it, became angry when we pointed out that the outside sign had the exact same thing as one of the orders we'd ordered, at half the price he'd charged. When we discovered all the mistakes (and that he'd changed our order to 2 of the exact same thing, one at the sale price and one at the double price, without even including the pies that we didn't want but paid for), he got very angry. He proceeded to just stand there and argue, claiming it was our fault for not asking for the sale price, and trying to say that we voluntarily changed the OTHER order to the same thing as the one on sale, but DIDN'T ask for it at the sale price, therefore it was our fault and Rally's was in the business of making money, so he had no obligation to the customers. All as we were asking for a refund and returning the food, so he definitely wasn't making any money off his little tantrum. We tried to be very nice and understanding, we were even going to keep the wrong order, but he wouldn't even let us speak, cutting us off and raising his voice and insisting "YOU ARE WRONG". Um, sorry, but even if we were, that is unacceptable. He told us that we would not be charged, and that he cancelled out the order, but all he did was give us a receipt for $0 and wrote on it "refunded to card". Today that charge showed up. I will take this to the top, "Travis", no customer should be treated like that, and then literally STOLEN from. Especially when dealing with customers from an area that doesn't have Rally's, and was really looking forward to it. This jerk ruined an anticipated meal, and then thought he could still screw us over. Sorry, but YOU'RE wrong. Someone needs to contact me please to redeem the situation. "Travis" (no way he's the GM) should not be allowed to treat people like this. Not to mention lie and steal from customers. Don't think I've ever been as angry about a fast food situation. And we were going to let it go too, until the charge showed up!
