Went to eat Sunday and had a fantastic time. My server was Ronnie and he did a great job making our meal. I def recommend the benigts they were great. The spinach omelet was good and Ronnie was fantastic and very lively and genuine. I speak for my whole family when I say we loved it and Ronnie is a ROCKSTAR server /comedian !ASK FOR RONNIE IF YOU WANT A Personable experience!

We went to celebrate the mother's our family with over ten ppl. Wait sucked but was worth it. Ronnie was a great server and entertaining. very descriptive of the food and super funny. He white chocolate pancake he recommended was as sweet as he said by but really satisfying to my sweet tooth. My mother n sisters had a great experience. Only thing not amazing was wait time but very understandable.
Went for Mother’s Day with a party of 12. We waited for an hour but it was worth it. We were sat with Ronnie and he did fantastic. He basically ordered at least four of our meals himself off his recommendations. We were greatly appreciative and satisfied. I had biscuits and gravy with chicken and a white chocolate pancake. Very very good. Ronnie was awesome. Very knowledgeable, quick, friendly and out right HILARIOUS. He kept us laughing! Go see Ronnie!

Went and enjoyed mothers day with my mom ad brother at the ruby slipper. We had the seasonal benighted they were great. My server Ronnie recommended two 3 different mimosas I had two and my mom the other they were all great. Especially the ruby mimosa. He recommended to me the shrimp n grits + cheese and it was the best I've had. My brother got biscuit n gravy with spicy chicken I tried also very good. We got there right before close. Most servers would be frustrated but Ronnie was very patient and still charming also joyfully as can be. Next time in nola we'll be back!

Food doesn't seem to be as good as I have had at other locations. Ordered take out, the French toast bites were hard like croutons and missing the topping and praline sauce. The bacon was burnt. The gravy was mostly sausage. And the Spanish omelet had hardly anything in it and was bland.

I did not enjoy my first experience at Ruby Slipper. The server did not provide silverware. I had to ask a different server that was walking by for silverware. The server did not ask if I needed a refill on drinks. My mimosa was not good. My food did not look appetizing. When I asked if my food was suppose to look like that I was told to “just mix it up”. I was also TOLD to tip well BY THE SERVER!!!! I decide if I want to tip or not. I have never had a server tell me “you better tip me good too”. Terrible experience and NOT going back to any Ruby Slipper.
