Great spot for giant TVs throughout and an attentive staff. I brought a concern that I had (from a previous visit) to the attention of the GM and it was quickly and professionally resolved. We will be back!I recommend the Boudin Balls, Blackened Chicken on a Cypress Cobb Salad plus you can add a cup of Gumbo for less than $3.We escaped the rain and flooding to have a meal and drinks inside Walk-Ons. We started with a Spinach & Artichoke Dip for a starter plus 2 Blue Moon beers. We were not in any hurry but also appreciate food and drinks arriving in a timely manner. Kacey L. was a sweet and attentive server so I blame a breakdown in the kitchen or the restaurant system. We ordered a Cypress Cobb Salad plus a cup of Gumbo. We asked for Ranch and Spicy Ranch dressing on the side. We waited an extended period of time for the salad and gumbo but for some reason the salad was significantly delayed and we never received the gumbo at all. I made sure we weren’t charged for the gumbo on our ticket. The salad finally did arrive but the Chargrilled Chicken (instead of fried) was cold. The avocados were not ripe and dressing had already been applied to the salad plus our 2 side dressings. The salad was soggy due to the extended wait time and dressing pre-applied by the kitchen. We were disappointed

My Cobb salad was actually really good. My husband's burger was meh. The service was mediocre. Our server was friendly enough, but we had to ask for things, like lemon for water & extra dressing, 2-3 times. And all of the empty glasses sat at the end of the table throughout the entire meal, even after refills were brought. And it's downright SILLY that the small ToGo boxes are for take-out orders only when I just wanted a small.box to take home the small amount of food I had leftover. We might be back, but it won't be put on the regular rotation list of restaurants that we frequent.

It took a very long time for the food to come and drinks we waited like a hour for drinks two of them and we told the waitress she said she would go get them but did not i got a burger the classic and it was sweet and the po boy of shrimp was very salty the wait was horrible. And expensive this place is to come when you have time to waste but still can't believe 1 hour for a kids drink and a water!?

Ate here twice on my visit to New Orleans. First time had the Cajundillas. They were unique and had outstanding flavor. Second time the Ribeye Poboy. It had very tender meat and also great flavor. Will definitely visit another location if I'm around one.

Peaceful Mind
Had to wait 40 mins for a table for just a party of 2. Then got to the table & asked about my coupon. The manager Daryl is a complete jerk. I had to contemplate for a good few mins if I was going to walk out & not spend my money here, but I had waited 40 mins just to get a table. I hope the guy learns what customer service is or gets fired.
My fiance and I ate here about a month ago the food was great but it was the worst service ever we sat at the bar and were pretty much ignored except for giving the initial order the girl was only paying attention to guys at the bar little did she know I'm actually a sever at Drago's and an amazing tipper to bad she was the worst server ever! Doubt we will go to that location again ! Do Better!

I ordered a garlic parmesan wings, and the wings came with feathers, like it was never cleaned. I noticed the server and the server didn't take any notice of the uncleanliness of the wings, I might just be overreacting but in my culture we clean the food before cooking it.
