A rating of 1 star is too generous. The 1 star is for the carbinated drink that helped to soothe my stomach after bravely attempting to take one bite of this meal. I stopped at this location this week. It was empty. Wait time for one combo order took almost 30 minutes. Employees stood at the register speaking in a foreign language while I waited. A cook stood by the sink on his cell phone and packed a door dash order without washing his hands and did not have on gloves. I watched as the others prepared my order. When I got home, fries were greasy, soggy and burned on the ends and smelled of old oil. Wings smelled horribly of old rancid bad oil. I attempted to eat one and immediately felt sick and vomited. Upon close inspection, the wing skin looked freezer burned. I regret I didn't take a photo prior to trashing it. It was my first and last trip to this location.

I Doordashed an order. It wasn’t STARTED until I arrived. Not to mention with a dozen customers in there it took 23 minutes. Yes I timed it. Food was decent. Service lacked a lot!!!

I got mild wings an parm garlic. The mild wings where in some kinda oil an smelled horrific. Couldn’t even eat then I had too Parmesan wings but the smell from the other wings made me ?. Horrible I give a 1

Tough crispiness - you may scratch your mouth, chaotic flavor-i didn’t really feel the meat flavor, witch is important for me. Anyway, not bad, just not to my taste.

This is not a full Wingstop restaurant. It is small, in strip mall place. I placed my to go order, paid and sat at one of 3 tables to wait. At least 5 Uber drivers showed up and got their orders while I waited. After 20 minutes I went back to the counter to check on when my order would be ready. I was told it would be out soon. More delivery drivers arrived and got their orders and left. Finally my order was given to me. Total time from when I ordered, and actually got my order, 30 minutes. I will never go back. Ridiculous.

They are the slowest business I've ever had to come to the wait for an order before I don't know if they're plucking the chickens in the back and chopping them up and then putting them in the fryer but this is ridiculous
When I pick up my order they forgot one of my combo the wings I call to tell them they say ok you can come back to get it I stay 15 min away so when I made it I thought it would be ready they told me I had to wait additional 10 minutes for my wing that wasn’t in the bag in the first place and there was no I’m sorry we mess up ur order or nothing they treated me like someone who just picking up a regular or n not a order that was missing in the first place
