“We had a party size change from 6 to 13 a few hours before our dinner and Couvant was so accommodating. This was a special business dinner and all the guests were super happy with their meals, the space provided for us was the PERFECT set up for a group our size and I think other restaurants could learn a lot about how to accomplish the what they did - rather than one long table, we were in a square and ALL of us could interact with each other. Lastly, we had one server and he NEVER skipped a beat. I would recommend this restaurant to all and I'd love to go back next time I'm in NOLA.“

“Had an excellent experience. Ordered an appetizer and shrimp and grits with wine. Both food items were excellent and service was very attentive. Everything I saw come out to other guests looked great as well. My recommendation would be to not go here thinking you are going to get Emeril's (other LA location). This is a great alternative to spending $200 per person.“

“Found this place while exploring Frenchmen St. Nice spot at the end of the main strip. Lots of outside seating. Their daiquiris were excellent--super (and dangerously) refreshing. Blackened redfish with crawfish etouffe was also very tasty. A little more family friendly than some of the other places on Frenchmen. Band was just getting warmed up so can't say anything about their music but it looked like a fun place to hang out once things got into swing!“
