“First of all the place is decent, and welcoming. Service was very good, the only thing i think they could do better is cooking time could be a bit faster, but i do see why it took a bit long. Food is fresh every day, hand made tortillas which is not see often and deffenetly is appreciated. Food had very good presentation, looked apetizing, taste was amazing. The tacos soft or hard were very good. Its good pricing, great tasting and very well worth the visit, woun't break your wallet. Deff recomend and will be coming back on a weekend for the pozole, or the menudo bowls.”

“I've been a PJ's Coffee fan for nearly 20 years at this point, and this is my favorite location. They're consistent with the drinks, the staff is always friendly, and it's got a great neighborhood feel. Plenty of parking too -- front and back parking lots. If you're into small, locally owned coffee shops, this one's the best!Parking: 2 parking lots: 1 in the front and 1 in the back. “Pros: it's fro yo, good variety of flavors (I had cake batter) has indoor and outdoor seating Cons: they were playing creepy piano music, like in a spa. No thanks. If that's a corporate or owner decision- stop subjecting your staff and customers to that! Lol I'm glad it was cool enough to sit outside. The stale-est gummy bears ever. They were almost crunchy. The cold changes the consistency, but it's not supposed to like this. First time in my life I've ever encountered it. The other toppings (Oreos, cookie, cookie dough) were fine.”

“Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Juan- he's a solid guy and amazing chef. I let him choose my dinner and it was extremely far from disappointing. He made me spaghetti with his homemade sauce and a side of fried veal. Such a simple meal yet taste was beyond simple. What also made the food taste better was the excellent customer service Juan provided. He's passionate about his craft and that's a wonderful thing to see in person. Bless you Juan and good luck !”

“I live in the neighborhood, and my husband and I are at this location pretty darn frequently. The baristas/ drive thru workers here are so lovely, and they always get our drinks right. Thanks for making the largest coffee chain in the world feel like a small-town place where everybody knows your name. (P.S. to the person who calls everyone “my hunny” and “sweetie”, you are a gem, and have truly made my day greater after some rough preschool drop-offs) ?”

“Just an update for management and anyone who can't find the new, giant beautiful location (old location closed and is now a Vape On):Google updated your address to the new location but when you click on the address or search for Smoothie King, Google Maps still brings you to the old location. I contacted Google to update but they denied my request. You should have better luck.For customers: If you simply type in the new address, it'll bring you to within just a few feet of the new location. Can't miss it!”

“I had the Bento Box Lunch Special. The price was quite inexpensive at $9.99, but the quality just was not there. I ordered the beef cooked medium, but it came out as chicken. I didn't want to wait, so I just ate it. It was OK, but nothing special and certainly not as good as that other local Japanese restaurant (on Citrus). My wife enjoyed the Playboy Roll. It looked better than what I had and my daughter had the Grilled Chicken Lunch special. She enjoyed that. If it were just me, I would give 3 stars, but the other meals looked pretty good. My advice would be to skip the lunch specials and just order the specialty sushi rolls. I've had those before and would recommend.”

The staff was absolutely incredible — so friendly and knowledgeable. Explained Senegalese transitions and even started the meal with a table side hand wash. They weren’t stuffy either, which can be common at restaurants at this caliber. They really made our experience top notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. “What an awesome gem that we found on the way to the Jazz Fest. Located in Mid-City, the building and the restaurant has been around for a long time. We arrived at 10:30am and had a yummy roast beef & gravy po boy on the best bread I have ever had on a sandwich!! The venue is set up for community and it was clear that all are welcome. Even in the morning, the staff was friendly and inviting and the locals and tourists were coming by for great food, drinks, and a good time.”
