“I love Rapscallion. the food has always been awesome, and the drinks never fail to hit the spot. yesterday I had something I've never had before and it was awesome - they don't dilute everything with tons of ice.

Service is always wonderful and Joselyn was awesome - thank you.

The (gluten free) nachos were gone in an instant and my eggplant parmigiana vanished similarly. others had the rice bowl (cleaned out) and fish-and-chips (disappeared). Dessert was outstanding!!

It is a bit pricy but food is packaged well & delivery seamless so far. Prep is very minimal (basically just heating up). Like that they don’t lock you into a subscription, can just use to supplement here and there to make life easier.“

“We've been eating here for years, last time was March 16, 2020. We did take out but felt terrible not eating in since. After being vaccinated and not eating out for 13 months, it was only fitting this was our first venture out. Jay was as gracious as ever, and Mike our bartender was as bald as ever, and equally as fun. You can't beat a private restaurant over a chain, their soul is invested and it shows. “I got the hipster bowl, the only obviously vegan thing on a menu with no labeling. It was nourishing, but bland. We also ordered the patatas bravas which said it had “chipotle sauce,” and when they landed on our table were covered in dairy, because that’s their chipotle sauce ? They were nice enough to whip up a batch of potatoes without it, but also without any flavor.“

“Known for their steaks and farm to table menu, Gibbet Hill Grill is a warm venue with beautiful views. The Barn at Gibbet Hill is semi associated and it a great wedding/celebration venue. We just had our first wedding anniversary dinner, after having our wedding last year at the Barn. We highly recommend them both. Also on Saturday dinners in the late spring/summer there is a good chance to watch there lawn wedding ceremony from the seats in the lounge.“

“My colleagues and I visited this establishment directly following our performance at GrotonFest, which was held nearby. The staff was very courteous and obliging. Lauren, our server, was particularly pleasant. We shared some lighthearted conversation, and our food was served promptly. “The food and staff at Dottie’s Diner are excellent. I live just up the street and I go there a couple of times a week. In particular, the French toast is perfect. The sausage are great. You have your choice of either hashbrowns or home fries with each breakfast. they also have a nice lunch menu. The corn, beef hash, and eggs Benedict are to die for. “Not normally a solo eater, I stopped by the Club Car Cafe in W. Concord, yesterday, and had the most delicious lunch. I ordered the veal parmigiana sandwich which came with fries and, on a 90+ degree day the iced tea I ordered really hit the spot. The veal parmigiana was as good I’ve had at many Italian restaurants. The portion was generous and the price value relationship was excellent. Club Car Cafe has an extensive breakfast menu which is served until 10:45. I had originally planned to go for breakfast but didn’t make it in time. Next time, I will start out earlier. I did pick up a blueberry scone and blueberry muffin, on the way out, and we enjoyed them for breakfast today. Club Car Cafe is a family run restaurant and Bianca and Ron made me feel so welcome. If you’re in the West Concord area, I would definitely recommend having breakfast or lunch at the Club Car Cafe. If you have a little train lover, he/she will enjoy seeing the real trains going by as well as the toy train set , high up on the wall, traveling round and round the restaurant. The menu is extensive and I am fairly certain the Club Car Cafe has a Childrens menu. Handicapped access is something I always look for. There is a ramp on one side of the building!“

“We stopped at Stevie's on the way to the American Heritage Museum - just looking for a bite before we went in and honestly couldn't have been happier. The cafe itself is in a commercial complex, but there's dedicated parking and loads of seating inside, mostly tables and chairs, some sofas.

The menu is unfussy, food is all hand made to order from scratch with no additives, and great quality. We had chicken quesedillas and macaroni cheese - the chicken was fresh and the veg was tasty and it came with a pot of salsa which was delicious. The macaroni was in a nice creamy sauce which was just perfect for the kids.

The place has a warm community feel, even though it's in a pretty neutral building. Stevie was welcoming and kind, the kids thought he was great fun and there are signs on the walls showing the business' involvement in tackling food poverty in the local area.

“Went on our anniversary. Made a 5:00 pm reservation so as to have a quiet time .
They lost the reservation.
This did not bode well for a good experience.
However, from this point on everything was terrific.
The hostess brought us to the dining room and let us pick the table we wanted.
We were seated and promptly brought water, menus, and bread bucket.
We ordered drinks and after those arrived, we had plenty of time to relax before ordering.
Though the menu is listed there was plenty to choose from.
A mix of old time and more modern food choices made it easy to find something you would like.
The steak fries were amazing.
Steak cooked to perfection and the fries covered with just the right amount of truffle mayo. The scampi pasta with shrimp was also super, with just the right amount of tomatoes and spinach.
Dri nks were delicious though a bit below average in volume.
The best I can say about Merchants Row is that I will be happy to return and bring friends to also enjoy the food and experience.

Parking: A brisk 8 minute walk will get you free parking in two large outdoor lots

“Enjoyed a flight of craft beer and a delicious Lobster roll with excellent coleslaw. One small criticism. Didn't want fries (although my wife got them with her excellent haddock plate and they were very good) However, I wanted onion rings and had to order them as an appetizer and there were just too many so most went to waste. Clean and bright atmosphere, friendly service as well.“

The restaurant was willing to split it between my wife and I, which was a good thing because it was plenty enough for both of us. “Went during Halloween ? and was going to enjoy witches woods attraction on a Saturday so we made reservations for 8pm and got a table about 805pm. And waitress was very busy we got menus from hostess about 15mins later. Waitress came to get our orders And we ordered drinks and food at same time our drinks came out 5mins later and the 15mins aver we got our dinner. All was good on a busy weekend“

“Went to experience their Oktoberfest menu. The food was delicious. It is hard to find German dishes in Massachusetts, so I was especially excited and we ordered a lot of dishes. My favorites are the wurst, the beef stroganoff, tand the saurbraten. I would suggest that if you get the applesauce meatloaf, that you ask for the applesauce on the side instead of on top. It was a tad too much applesauce for me. I went a second time to get dessert. They had a "dessert tray" where they brought out covered dessert selection, which was very cool. The black forest cake was very good. Unfortunately, they only have these items during their oktoberfest (late September to October 31). But I suggest marking your calendar for next year if you missed it!“

“We rode the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, and wanted lunch afterwards. Found the cutest restaurant with the best food and drinks. I had the Mezzi platter and my husband had a delicious grilled cheese and tomato on sourdough bread. He had a cold brew coffee, and I had a tasty blueberry iced tea. What a great vibe and delicious food! We will be back.
