This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. Last time I picked up from the place there was only one person working in the store. Last time I had something delivered I was missing two items. I tried calling the store twice but no one picked up.It’s a real shame. This Potbelly location is in the middle of a busy shopping center here in Burlington. You'll find the same menu here as at all other Potbellys across the country, which for me means that their hot, savory sandwiches are the way to go. My favorites include the wreck, pizza melt, and chicken club, but on this visit I decided to shake things up a bit and try the meatball. Aesthetic of the place was nice but food quality doesnt match and wasnt worth the price. This place has a lot of potential if it used freshly grilled chicken breast or fried chicken breast. Meat was gross and definitely not fresh at all. Very much subway vibes, would not recommend and will not return!
