Average food. Ordered the simple grilled fish, my choice was salmon, and the fish was cooked well but the other components of the dish were not. Some parts of the rice was undercooked and there was oil pooling up on several spots on the plate. When eating out part of what you pay for is presentation, and this dish just looked like separating the food and putting the salmon on top was deemed good enough. My husband and I came here for the first time last weekend to celebrate our 9 year wedding anniversary. We both got the prime rib, though with different sides (and apparently never took a picture). It was cooked perfectly, and the sides were delicious. Our drinks were very good and the cookie skillet was to die for! Our waiter was amazing as he gave us personal recommendations as well as would give us more feedback on the items we were asking about.

The food and service is always consistent at Redstone. However, you are initially greeted by grumpy teenagers who really don’t know how to engage with the public and give the impression they really don’t want to be there!
