“The 2 dudes behind the counter were working so freaking hard to get orders out. I felt so bad, made me want to apron up and help! They had a good number of tickets, people walking in, and the other customers were getting annoyed, maybe not verbally, but the symphony of sighs spoke volumes. Get them more help, cause they definitely needed atleast one more person. I'm a General Manager and it was lowkey upsetting to watch them get wrecked like that.Foods always amazing!!! I don't mind waiting for a sandwich!!! Best of luck 2 dudes working hard!!“

“We got there at close to closing, as we had been shopping all day and needed supper. I had told my bf how great Papa Ginos was and if it's open we need to go. (We are from Canada, but Papa Ginos has always been a stop in my visits)The lady working was soo friendly and turned out a pizza quickly. Crust was amazing, as was the sauce. Toppings were slightly space but over all an amazing pizza. Thanks for the great pizza and service“

“I recently visited the Subway located at Burlington, and I had the pleasure of being served by a Young boy. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from them.young boy went above and beyond to ensure that my sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted it. They were friendly and attentive, and their attention to detail was impressive. It's not often that you come across such dedicated and customer-focused employees.I believe that outstanding employees like that young boy are a true asset to any establishment, and they deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. “I got a medium cheesesteak with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mushrooms(with jalapeños and banana peppers for free) for like 10 bucks. They make it on the spot the same way Papa Gino's and other well known restaurants make it, and it has always been good everytime I purchase it. I wouldn't get the fries just based on the price, but if you stick with just a cheesesteak or chicken sub the prices are actually really good for the amount of food you get. Only reason for 4 stars is because the service is not the best, but it is fast food, so you aren't paying for service(nobody expects mcdonalds to get your order right everytime).“

“Deliciously toasted sandwich! We did an order to go and showed up early so sat and waited. Such amazing customer service. I was highly impressed with the way customers were interacted with. We got two different milkshakes that were tasty. Definitely give the eggnog a try! Highly impressed with the orders being right and everything together. Thank you for a great experience. “SHIRLEY has been a bright light in my life since it opened a few doors down from me. Kat is a one woman show and cares deeply about where food comes from & her customers!! Her menu is based on fruits and veg that are in season, and rotates frequently. Whenever I come in to pick up an order, she always takes the time to point out new vegan items on the menu, tell me about her plans, and even chat for a few minutes, all while she's prepping orders. The bread is famous for a reason. It's versatile and so comforting! SHIRLEY is adventurous and delicious and is a great place to go for veg folks bringing along non - veg friends. happycow only allows 5 stars for full vegan/veg restaurants, so don't let the 4 stars fool you. And don't forget the pickles and your fun drink!
