“Came in to pick up a to go lunch. The guys behind the counter were friendly, worked really well as a team, and were very detail oriented but qquick. Restaurant was exceptionally clean (nice lady worked hard to keep it that way) and fries were perfect. Best Five Guys I have ever been to!“

“There is nothing wrong with this location. It's Subway--it's fresh, made in front of you, and reasonably priced for what it is--a chain. Every time I've been here (about 25 times in 4 yrs) my subs are delicious, the food prep area has been clean, the staff always friendly. I'm going to continue getting sandwiches at this location as they deserve my business just as much as any other food place around Chelmsford--where everybody is just trying to make a living.“

“Update: I continue to go here, semi-regularly. The food is almost always what I expect from McDonald's, and orders are almost never messed up, except occasionally missing a dipping sauce. The staff are always professional, some super friendly, others, whether they love the job or hate it, still have basic manners and treat you like a customer. Upgrade to 5 stars because I've had no problems, except a missing honey mustard package, since my last review.Old Review: I'm not going to rate the food. If you've been to McDonald's, you know what to expect. However, everything was well prepared (as well as can be I suppose), and at the time I went the wait was short (which is what I want from this type of restaurant).“

“I like Popeyes as fried chicken goes but it wasn't fully up to par on this visit.The focus of service seems to prioritize take out or delivery, not walk ins. The dining area is a bit tired and could be cleaner. Staff seems maxed out but friendly.They really have to do better with their sauces...ugh. but that's a corporate problem.“

“We walked in and the restaurant was trashed. Mike stood out. He was very kind and he was the only staff member we saw working and working his butt off. Cleaning and delegating the entire 40 minutes we were in there eating. He cleaned our table off and pleasantly chatted with us while he cleaned. Mike alone gets 5 stars from this mom duo tonight. “A good North Shore-style roast beef sandwich on a toasted, sesame seed bun (Big Martys?), not soggy, thinly sliced. Ask for double horseradish sauce (or anything you want). Not fancy, an old-school hole in the wall, just quick and good. Limited seating, easy parking in front (small strip mall). Used to work nearby, and this was a regular for lunch. Stopped by recently and it's still the same.“

“The hot dogs are great no matter how you take them. The fries are cooked to order & always hot, crispy, yet fluffy on the inside. I always ask for them salted & they are never over oily. The service is always quick, above par & done with a smile. Although their delicious hot dogs are a simple food. Elliot's is still a landmark, cathedral of historic downtown Lowell MA. ? ? ? ??“
