Went to Dunkins this morning and ordered a sausage wake wrap no egg. Not only was my order wrong it had to be done twice before they even understood what I said. When I finally got my order 20 minutes later, they were rude. The sandwich wrap bread was hard as a rock the cheese was burnt as well as the sausage. I wish I knew how to upload the photo of the sandwich cuz I wouldn't even feed this sandwich to my dog.

Only reviewing on here because my DoorDasher was amazing! Ordered A coffee and breakfast and received someone’s coffee with my order slapped on it. Replaced my order but this time didn’t get what I ordered and NO COFFEE! Finally got my coffee after the 3rd time when my doordasher (who happened to bring me both my orders) took it upon themself to get it personally for me!! If my kids weren’t sick I would have got it myself but don’t know what’s been going on with this location, this was my go to store.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The staff will look right at you several times and not help you. The owner of this location needs to figure this mess out. There is a coffee establishment right next door that is friendlier and better coffee/food. Also, not sure if this location really opens at 5am.

I thought 20 minutes would surely have been enough time to order and get out, but that sadly wasn't the case. They messed up my drink order and then I stood around waiting for my food to come out. I watched as people that ordered after me got their food, and was then told my ticket had been lost. I was informed they were working on it, but then the order seemed to have been forgotten a second time. After wasting 20 minutes of my life, I ended up walking out in frustration without my food as I had to catch a train. I'll never return to this Dunkin's.

if you are in a rush and just want a quick snack or drink this dunkins is not the place to me . doesn't matter if i go inside or wait in the drive through you will be waiting ridiculous time

I ordered 1 sandwich for my Grandson. I was the only customer in line. I was in line at the window, nobody was there. I waited and waited. Then I watch this girl come from the seating area all the way across the Dunks. "She was taking care of a customer at a table."Service was terrible, rude, mean. I asked for my money back. We exchanged words, until she said, YOUR MOTHER! I was thinking, My 87 Year old mother? Never again. Oh, her friend came from the front of the store screaming outside at me to move.
Ordered a Large Iced received a medium, this happens constantly from the main street location when using Door dash or similar apps. Clearly they lack care for the customer's order if they don't enter the store.

I went in so I could buy a gift card as well as buy a coffee and donut. 1 person in front of me. The young woman at the register was taking a long time to ring up the customer in front of me. Then she started having a conversation with the person at the window about a movie they had both seen. She stopped working entirely to have the conversation. After already having stood there probably close to 5 minutes I just turned around and left. FYI drive thru was also not busy. 2 cars. My last time going there. They aren't the only coffee place in town!

If an open sign says 4am. Then open and ready to make any meal or beverage at 4am. Overnight shift workers take a stop for food before rest like everyone else. That’s why restaurants have openers. Come prep and set up to be open at 4. I can’t even give a review on anything else since I didn’t get delivered what I was asking.
