Good organic and gluten free options. Also a nice space to relax as well as friendly staff. Doesn’t get much better than this.

Love this little spot! It’s exactly what Swampscott was missing: a homey, warm coffee spot with character. The people are friendly and the croissants!!! So delicious ❤️

Sweet Java is hidden gem in Swampscott over in the Vinnin Plaza area. Everyone is always so friendly, there’s a great vibe and you can tell the people who work there really care. The drinks are make perfectly and the food is always delicious.

This is my happy place. I'm here every weekend, if not multiple times a week, and they never disappoint. I have tried every coffee place in Salem and I just didn't truly enjoy any until I started coming here. I still can't figure out how they do it, but it's perfect every time. There's another place in town which shall remain unnamed, but brews the same coffee and it's terrible. I don't know what Java does differently, but it works. More importantly (ok, about of equal importance) is the atmosphere. It's like my very own Cheers. They make me feel welcome every time I walk in the door, and I genuinely look forward to saying hello and seeing how everyone is doing each week. Part of me wishes they were closer and walkable from my house, but my credit card is happier for it or I'd be there every day. Added bonus, as inconvenient as it is to have to drive over, being away from downtown is a major pro in October. Best coffee, best staff, A++!

Watch out!! They love to close early and without warning. I went there 15 minutes before they were closing to pick up smoothie. The closed sign was up, lights were out and no one was around. They also don’t answer their ihkne.

Favorite local coffee shop! Their coffee is outstanding. I especially love their cold brew and amazing selection of muffins. Plus a great rewards system ??

Not a fan. Just another marblehead family letting money get to them. The pizza shop next door has so many health code violations and dust in the place. They hired a family friend one time with a learnin disability and let her go not even 60 days in. She is an amazing cooker and baker so its their loss. I don't suppose them because of that. all about $$ with these marblehead folks. it makes me really sick that they don't even keep up any negative reviews either because that's not how businesses are going to grow or learn.

Sweet Java is my favorite place to have coffee and tea, and they have the most incredible eclectic menu! Everything tastes amazing, the service is wonderful and I feel like I'm back in Europe, so my Sweet Java, l hope you will be here for a very long time!

Really good coffee and breakfast sandwiches, although not as great parking and location. But overall I recommend them especially the Spanish Latte!
