We placed an order on 08/25/2022. We got an order received email and text. But we have not heard anything since. Our credit card was charged the amount. We sent a message through both website and their number on 09/08/2022 for a shipping update, no replies. On 10/4/2022, we opened a charge dispute with our credit card company but the merchant is denying us refund credit. We still have not received any shipping info that it was ever shipped.

I tried to place an order for 4 packs (50 dollars worth of cambodian sausages) but was never notified when the item was shipped. i waited a week until i finally decided to contact the owner, i was then notified that shipping is separate and you must either venmo or zelle the owner $10.00 for the shipping fee. this is no where on the website! had i known, i would have done so from the beginning. i decided to venmo the owner the fee to the phone number she was texting me on but she told me that it was not the right number. At this point, i’m already frustrated due to the lack of communication and customer service this company provided that i went ahead and requested a refund for my entire order.. which i got. this was honestly such a bad first impression and i was extremely disappointed i couldn’t try the food out, but if a customer pays a certain amount for your products you’d think the company would offer free shipping? but not this one. i do not recommend.
