Don’t take me wrong usually this store is not bad but today this Sam the boy at this star bucks Was not willing to fix the drink when I told him this is not the right one then when he realize I was right he rolled his eyes and just added some more lemonade to my drink good thing it came out good .. just please be more respectful we pay for the drinks abs foods ..
This place never gets cleaned. I've been an out of town regular guest of this location for about 2 weeks. There is still bits of trash all around that haven't moved during this time. The toilets are especially bad. Terrible management to say the least. Heads need to roll.

I arrived with my family as we always do to share a coffee.But apparently the employees were too busy talking to each other, the person who served us was very courteous and friendly but the other 2 were apparently not on their best day, plus each table was dirty with receipts on the floor, the trash They were battered and when our order was ready my regular coffee was not at the ideal temperature.
