“The problem with great family restaurants is they are often "packed". That is the case here. TJ's IS a great place. The burgers are simply out if this world. Their dinner menu is very varied and offers a bunch a great options. I have tried several and have not been disappointed. The food IS good, but as important, the price is just right. In today's world too many restaurants are over charging (AND under paying the staff!) but not here. Alone, a date night or a big group, you can not ho wrong here. Only warning is they are soooo hood and popular that at key times and holiday times they are busy.Steve“

“Stopped in with a crew of tired hungry kids on our way back to N.H. From Great Wolf Lodge and we were very satisfied with our stop! The staff was wonderful, our food was absolutely delicious, and the checkout time was very quick which is what we needed since we were heading home. Overall, excellent experience. Will eat again!“

“Came in for lunch today, our server was horrible, so rude, she told us we were taking too long to order and she didn’t have all day to stand there and wait for us to order. We asked to see the manager and boy was she amazing, she turned the whole experience around for us!! Stephanie took our table over and turned a very negative experience into a very positive one!! The reason for the five stars is because our service after Stephanie took over was incredible, she made us feel welcome and took great care of us, because of her, we will be back to our favorite restaurant!!“

“I’ve been here a few times and do not have any complaints. I get the Maggie Delight it is always so fresh and the chicken always perfect, never greasy. The basil infused mayo is amazing! I mean look at that sandwich! I meant to take a picture before I ate half…10/10 and have called this place the best place to get an amazing sandwich. Also their Mac and cheese bites are delish!!! :)“

“Waiter/Bartender was phenomenal.Made a sports bar/pizza place into a better place with his banter and recommendations.Food was very good with plentiful portions. Not a 4 star dining experience but a comfortable, delicious dinner. Turkey club was very good as were chicken and big mack pizza“

“We hit it on a so so day. The food was only so so. The same with the Service. I had the Eggs Benedict and asked that the eggs be cooked more well done, not runny yolks. Not only were the yolks runny, the whites were runny as well. I mentioned it to the server, and while she apologized, she didn't offer to have a recook on the eggs though you could easily see I had pushed all the egg off to the side. My friend had an omelette filled with veggies and cheese that was great. “We are from upstate NY and were visiting Salem. We decided to drive to go have dinner. It wasn't busy, staff was friendly and kind, they seemed short staffed but hustled and bustled to make sure you had what you need, clean restaurant, fresh food!... If I lived closer, it would be a frequent place we'd dine.... Ooh and they had wonton chicken tacos. Ours had been taken off the menu. Made my night! ?“
