Kind and helpful in discussing what happened and she also rectified the situation by providing gift certificates so we can have another opportunity to go back to the restaurant. “Love this location!! The staff are great, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and flexible about the menu. The owner Jim is almost always in the restaurant, visiting tables, chatting with patrons, clearing tables. Great atmosphere, family friendly. The pizza is delicious, always piping hot, lots of options, extensive menu and so far everything we’ve tried has been tasty and top notch! Love their very robust salads and the house dressing is addictive. Philly cheesesteak is savory and delicious. You really can’t go wrong! Great job Jim, Fanny, Benta, Frenchy…and everyone in the kitchen!! Thank you.Dietary restrictions: They currently have a Passover pizza special. There are vegetarian options. The team is always willing to help patrons find the meals that work best for them.Parking: Parking is tricky because there are other popular places in the shopping center…including Whole Foods. “I'm not a huge fan of pizza but I wanted to take my kid brother out for a pizza party in of celebration of his good grades. Our waiter was Marcelo and just by his initial inviting demeanor, I could tell we were in for a pleasant service experience which is hard to come by nowadays. He welcomed us and asked if we had been there before and when we let him know it was our first time, he offered us a sample of the tasty Marias Meatballs. It was so good so we ordered some and then he asked what kind of pizza we liked. He made banter with my brother and predicted he would like pepperoni! As for me i like veggies and he recommended the Caprese pizza with mushrooms. I already liked Caprese and Mushroom pizza but the combination was a really good suggestion. He also praised the hot honey wings so we ordered them, I wasn't the BIGGEST fan. But it was a delightful experience nonetheless. If Marcelo was not our server idk how meal would've gone but thankfully it was him waiting on us. We weren't just served, we were sold and catered to! He's also Bartender and made me a KILLER Basil Limone cocktail to pair with the food. Ask for Marcelo!“

“I picked up my order here at 830 on Thursday august 18 and I hope managers see this because the gentleman who brought me my pizza was phenomenal. I handed him a tip when he gave me my pizza and he thanked me and walked away. Then he turns around and returns to a man who was sitting on the curb who the dominos worker thought needed help and he offered the man his tip. It was such a genuine and wholesome interaction. I didn’t catch the workers name but management you have some great employees I hope they are commended for their actions.“
