Best sandwiches in Bethesda. Very high quality ingredients. Imported meats and cheeses sliced with an old fashion slicer on great bread. Amazing.Great selection of imported pasta and other Italian items. All very high quality.The store is packed with imports. It is fun to see all the different types of pastas...The store has two small inside tables and a few outside seats.If the owner isn't in his cell phone is posted so you can contact him.
I love this place so much you have no idea. The best Italian sandwiches you can get out of Italy, and the store has so many unique Italian things you can't get anywhere else. The owner is such a sweetheart and saves snacks for neighborhood dogs. I bring visitors here all the time

Top notch Italian specialty store. Santino is so welcoming and friendly. I asked about pastiera (Neapolitan Easter pie) and he told me he was to receive some the next day from Italy. Sure enough, I picked it up and shared it with my Italian-American family on Easter. HUGH HIT! Great shop! Great service! Grazie, Santino!
