“We had a party of almost 30 people in the private room, and Elvis was absolutely wonderful in organizing the event with me during the two weeks prior. The service was great, as was the meal and everything else, all adding up to a highly recommended place for a private event. Merci beaucoup, Chef Cédric.“

“I can't say enough great things about Lutece. My wife and I shared one of the best dining experiences we've ever had in DC there recently. The food was sublime (duck confit tagliatelle was my personal favorite). The wine service was impeccable. The staff was super chill yet very attentive. And the atmosphere was perfect for the moment. We sat at one of the high top kitchen tables, which I highly recommend. We'll be back for sure.“

“First time dining here and loved it. Brought my wife for her birthday and they personalized the menu and brought her a decadent dessert on the house. Calamari breading is immaculate and Wagyu tartare was done very well with some micro greens. Our waiter claimed the duck was the best he’s had and truthfully it was in the highest echelon. The serving of lobster with ravilolini was generous. Such yummy dessert too (had the pineapple mojito). Was a little skeptical given it’s in Falls Church in an office building but pleasantly pleased ?“

“I have a saying I’m sure I’m not the only one and the saying half the eating experience is the people. They Lyon Hall made me feel like I was with a friendly family. Steven the manager stopped by to check on me, Brooke was super friendly and accommodating, Migjon the chef brought me a special steak to enhance my burger experience. Talk about accommodating Veronica the hostess was really looking out for me. When I thought the item I came for was not available she was going to the chef to ask if they could make it for me(I saw the item was available and saved her the trip). The burger I had could use a little more seasoning beyond that it was perfect!“

“Had a fabulous time at Vin Sur Vingt!! Came around 6 with a friend for dinner. We had a reservation but the restaurant was empty so it'd be easy to walk in and there was plenty of space at the bar. We were seated immediately and our waiter came over quickly. We had a few questions on wines and were trying to decide between the two orange wines on the menu as those are our favorites. Our waiter was really kind and let us try both and we ended up getting a bottle. The wine was DELICIOUS we were so pleased. They have a ton of really reasonably priced bottles which is nice and an extensive list of wines by the glass. For food I had a variation of a croquettes madam with pesto and it was fabulous, decadent, and filling. The sandwiches come with fries or salad (I got both) and everything was delicious. The salad was fresh, well seasoned and tasty, and the fries have a really unique seasoning, also really tasty. The atmosphere is great. Dimly lit and quiet enough to chat. Great for a girls dinner/catching up with friends. The service overall and our waiter was stellar! Super attentive and friendly. Can't wait to come back.“

“My friend loved her hangar steak and we both loved our créme brulés, our side dishes and the wonderful bread. But I was quite disappointed in my Belgian stew entrée. I have had it there several times before, but last night, the beef was surprisingly fatty, including whole chunks of fat that looked like meat until I bit into them. The carrots also seemed as though they had come from a bag of frozen, cubed carrots, rather than fresh-cut. Just disappointing stew for the price and rather a rather skimpy portion, considering how much of the beef was not actual meat.“

“Super cute cafe vibes. Snag the outdoor seating near the sidewalk when the weather is nice. I got the quiche (ham and cheese) and it fills you up quickly. Make a reservation if you intend to go during the weekend. Take a walk around the wharf after brunch.“

“The service was what you would expect, , for an upscale restaurant - wonderful. The food was very good. And, I would go back. I just found it expensive. I would recommend a visit but know that you're paying a higher price for better quality food and service.“

“This is the 2nd time I have taken my students as a field trip and they topped the incredibly high standards set last year. The food, the ambience, the generosity and the patience the service staff showed us was nothing short of phenomenal and I can't wait to go again next year. The students were raving about the food on the bus ride back so thank you, because almost all the students have never had French cuisine before and so their first impression of it is going to be hard to top. Special thank you to Amin for always treating us with a smile and grace even under such stressful circumstances and Prasad for checking on in the kids. Merci beaucoup!“

“As it was a beautiful day in DC even with a reservation Belga was packed! We were offered the alternative option of The Betsy. This is Belga's Alley outdoor upstairs off shoot. You get the same amazing food in a chicken centric ( chicken puns galore) locale. My group actually preferred this as it was much quieter than the main restaurant and not on the busy sidewalk of the barracks row and a more intimate space (less tables). If you can get over the kitschy chicken puns decor if offered this option on your visit I would recommend this option over the main restaurant.“

“Absolutely great experience..You will be surprised when you enter this place. The interior designer has created an aged feeling of a Parisian restaurant even though they opened in January 2024.Excellent service if you ask to seat in the tables that Lauren from Philadelphia serves.Service in those tables are greater than food, do’t forget to ask her, otherwise you will be walking in a mine field.Chicken Kief , perfectLeak out of this worldThe rest just ask her.We really recommend this place.??“

“The wait for food, including appetizers is long. I tell folks, don't go when your hungry! They should offer rolls immediately! Other than the wait for food (which seems to be normal at Julii), it was good as always! They also put up with me changing from 5 people to 4 and then 3, when one had to go to NJ last minute and one got sick. Lovely people!“

“We have been several times and have enjoyed each visit. However I am writing this review to say the host on May 19th needs to find another line of work. She didn't talk to anyone arriving and scowled when asked a simple request. I want Kramer's to continue to be a fun and welcoming experience. Also a shout out to Tony who waited on us for our first visit.“

“Returned to mosaic after years with great memories/At my surprise, the restaurant was not that busy.We were taken to our table within seconds of getting in.Our server Corey was very polite and efficient.Food was absolutely exquisite and well presented. We ordered the niçoise salade which is one of my favorite dish to eat out. It was beautiful and plentiful with purple potatoes and seared tomatoes. Served in a timely manner.I mentioned in the reservation we were celebrating my birthday and I totally forgot about it until they brought us a nice Belgian waffle with gigantic ripe strawberries, whipped cream and hot chocolate sauce:We will definitely be back.THANK YOU!“

“Top tier croissant. I would return to try the sandwiches, and get more croissants. I would have appreciated the offer to toast/warm my croissant since i said i was dining in. They just tossed a cold one on a plate... i had to ask them to warm it. Anyway, quality patisserie, it seems.“

“I really appreciate that Liberté retains its lively atmosphere and French favorites as years pass. When I come here I know my dining companions and I will each have a great meal and go home happy. I'm a simple guy: I value being able to consistently rely upon the menu offering duck confit, cassoulet, bourguignon, moules-frites, et al. Liberté does these things well and consistently and, because the brasserie has many tables, it's where one may turn if on a whim friends decide to go out that evening. I tend to order a paper plane here to start, which has always been done well; I've never had a bad glass of wine, either. During Lent there were fun nonalcoholic options we enjoyed. The crowd can be a bit young due to the proximity to Georgetown -- all the better; it's good to be proximate to people excited about their evening. This does mean that it's not as formal a dining experience as another French restaurant in Georgetown, but Liberté knows what it's trying to do and does it well. I've not yet sat on the patio but as summer begins I hope to spend an evening there. I'll return again soon in order to do so. If you haven't yet visited, you should; I hope to see you here.“

“Best French restaurant in DC area! We have come for special occasions, anniversaries and birthdays. The chef prepares everything and viewing the kitchen is an added pleasure. We have ordered various dishes over time and they have all been excellent. The Sancerre is the best, salads are perfect and main dishes like veal chop and duck are exquisite. Desserts are a delight. Service is attentive and personal. The rooms and outdoor dining are charming. We are so lucky to have Bistro Provence in this area! Thank you!“
