“This is a great place to eat!!! The food is delicious, the servings generous and the service phenomenal!! I had a bowl with noodles and purple rice, for protein I picked beef (bulgogi); for toppings: corn, cucumbers, kimchi, scallions, carrots and cilantro plus Cilantro-Ranch dressing; also sesame seeds and roasted garlic......I could say this is heaven! But it wouldn't do it justice. My favorite meal for now on“

“House of Milae is a great location in Bethesda for authentic Korean cuisine! Parking is easy, as there's a garage right across the street, and the restaurant has a good amount of seating. The Korean side dishes (Banchan) they provide are numerous and tasty, my favorites are the standard cabbage kimchi and the fish cakes. I got the Kimchi Fried Rice with pork, and it was really flavorful! Spicy, sweet, and savory from the gochujang paste, mellowed out with the runny egg yolk and nicely stir fried rice, it's a great combination of flavors, and really tastes like a nice home-made Korean Kimchi fried rice! Prices are a bit on the higher side, but I suppose that is just Bethesda prices. My friend did feel a bit sick from the food she ate afterwards, but I felt fine. Overall I do enjoy the food here and would come back again for more Korean fare.“

“I have never actually been to the restaurant, so I can't speak to service, but we order take out for lunch frequently. They arrive fast and the order is usually correct. I can't even explain how ridiculously good these Korean corn-dog things are. I can't get enough. They are definitely a heart attack on a stick but worth every bite. The batter is not like a regular corn dog but rather a tempura type light and flakey- it's so amazing. I've had the mozz and sausage, the spicy sausage, the regular mozz stick- I love them all. I haven't tried everything yet but the potato one is next on my list. I am not a ketchup person but I love their honey mustard, siracha mayo and sweet chili sauces. DO IT. Follow the hype! You'll be back again and again.“

I have only ever gone for dinner, so I was scared their lunch portion would be small however, I was very satisfied with the amount of food that I received. Perfect spot for a quick lunch and their dumpling happy hour never disappoints!“

“Anju is one of my favorite Korean restaurants in the District. Please go check them out with there new spring food menu and cocktails! We sat at the bar and had an amazing experience. “Why don't we see asian dining experiences as "elevated"? Ingle Korean Steakhouse proves that it can be. We had the prix fixe and every dish was well executed with quality ingredients. The meats melt in your mouth. Restaurant interior design was pleasant and comfortable. The service is the best I've experienced in an Asian restaurant in North America - our servers were knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly.I would highly recommend this place when hosting or for special occasions.“

“This is the best, well-priced Korean food in all of DC! It’s hard to drive out to the suburbs of MD and VA to get Korean food, so I’m so so glad Mana Dosirak exists! As a Korean-American who is picky about her food, this place is amazing. Will continue to support!I always get take-out as there is no room to dine-in.Looks like it is a family operation - they are always friendly and kind.Parking: Mana Dosirak has a free public parking lot. I believe it is shared with one or two other stores. I’ve never had an issue finding parking. It also seems like it would be easy to find street parking.“

I o wish they had more veggie options.However, everything I tried from this place has been really good. I was surprised at how good their Kimchi Pancakes (KP) are - usually, KP at restaurants are forgettable, and these were anything but.The Tofu Bao Buns are great. The shrimp burger is REALLY good. The fish tacos were ok, I wish there was more kimchi on them. “Ambiance: (5/5) Great decor, but this isn't a sit down restaurant, so there are only 3 seats. Price: (3/5) To me it was like a Korean chipotle, so I thought for that it was a little bit over priced. Food: (4/5) I got a premade spicy pork bowl and made a sauce alternation which was great. The kimchi was flavorful and I liked the other toppings too. I might have liked it better if I got white rice rather than the noodles. Service: (5/5) Food is assembled in front of you so it is quick. The staff is very nice.“

However, we were pleasantly surprised by the great taste of the food and the generous portions. The service was also good, and the place was clean and well-maintained.“

“I visited last Sunday & I absolutely loved the mozzarella corn dog with potato and the avocado egg toast! Both were delicious! I hope they open more locations in the future, since this one is a bit far from me. But I'm happy to have found a place that makes korean corn dogs and korean toast sandwiches. “This is a fun place for a celebration! We rented a private karaoke dining room on a weekday evening. The music was fun with a good selection of popular tunes, and the room was the perfect size for a small group - well equipped for both dining and partying. The food was both unique and delicious - we particularly recommend the Qiqihar beef. There was also an excellent selection of cocktails and flavored iced teas. Shout out to our server, Patrick, who took good care of us and had a great singing voice to boot!Kid-friendliness: Not recommended for small children, as the karaoke screens would often auto-play songs with less-than-optimal lyrics.“

“The food here is excellent. It takes 15-25 for an order. You can shop while you wait since it's located inside Lotte Mart which is a Korean grocery store. The menu is varied. Everything I've tried has been excellent and the portions are excellent. A lot of people come here just for the food when they're not even food shopping. That's how popular it is. Unlike other food stalls located inside Korean grocery stores, a lot of non-Koreans come here. The servers speak perfect English and are friendly and I think that helps non-Koreans feel more comfortable ordering food from here. The ambiance is inside-a-grocery-store ambiance.“

“Was in the mood for fish and found this one my Google search. Pleasant service, giving a mom and pop vibe. I ordered a whiting sandwich with a side of fries and cabbage. Food was amazing. Fish was made fresh to order, without the long wait. Ate half in the car and tried to save the rest for when I got home.“

“The owner is always friendly. Her food is very good and good quality. The smoothies are yummy. The homemade home fries are delicious The Spinach Melt Panini is a must try. She has several breads to choose from. If you’re in the Barlow Building stop in grab some breakfast, lunch or a smoothie.“

“I've placed orders at this location about a handful of times. My favorite is the spicy original as I don't like my wings saucy. It usually comes with a small side of daikon. Overall pretty delicious. Their pricing is pretty high for wings too. As of their establishment, there's plenty of seating as well as a bar available to their customers. This Cafe popped up on my map and I didn't pay a lot of attention because I just wanted something quick and convenient. So I was surprised when I got there and most of the food was Korean or thai, ordered pad Thai because even when it's not great it's good, and was really surprised to get served some of the best pad Thai I've had around DC even in fancy sit-down restaurants. It is buried in a large office building, there are seats down there but no real atmosphere. But I got a really tasty lunch for 10 bucks. Impressed!“

“I found this place just walking around DC near my job and it has really good food for decent prices and reasonable portions. The first time I went I got the chicken tenders and fries and there were like 6-7 big tenders and the tray it was in was covered in fries. “I eat at Iron Age every time I pass through DC. It is an awesome experience with great food. The price is also very good at $30 for 90 minutes. I just can't order the shrimp because it is whole shrimp with eyes and all.“

I ordered the bowl both times but tried the bulgogi and spicy pork. Both of these options were delicious and well seasoned. I'm not used to a Korean dish prepared like a poke bowl, but it was the best I had in the area. I'm giving it a 4 just because it doesn't fully match up to my favorite Korean spots, but it's a decent spot for grabbing Korean food on the go!“

“I went with my sister, who is vegetarian. We both loved the food. Service was great. We got the vegetarian pancake to share, she got soondobu jjigae and I got the seolleongtang. I've been looking for a restaurant with good seolleongtang and this place fits the bill. The soondobu was adequately spicy and delicious. One thing to note is the egg is $1.50 extra. The vegetarian pancake was crisp, not too oily, and along with the sauce it was delicious.Highly recommend this place. It's reasonably priced (paid maybe $35 for the meal) and the food was amazing. Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from.“
