I finally made my way to Rooted3 which is an all vegan business in Bethesda. They have some premade bowl options as well as custom bowls available. I was most impressed with their well stocked market of specialty vegan snacks, sauces, and drinks. I got to Rooted3 at 6pm on a weekday. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available for myself and friends to enjoy dinner together. Much welcome addition to the casual dining scene in Bethesda! Delicious and healthy food in a bright and clean dining area. There’s even an outdoor patio where you can sit to sip your smoothie!

I have been to Rooted3 now 3 times and have had a great salad every time. They have several tasty dressings and their various different flavor falafel croquettes are great. The service is excellent and the salads have been reasonably priced. I get the "make my own" salad there and they have a lot of ingredients to choose from.
