Waited over an hour. For french dip and veggie burger. Had a drink and fries while we waited…. Waitress forgot my 2nd drink order. An then forgot the food ! under a heat lamp or in a bag. When I attempted to make management aware of the unsatisfactory service. I was met with hostility; Horrible Customer Service. The manager(s) on staff were rude. They do not care about the customer experience or quality of service here. We will not be coming back and strongly suggest other patrons do the same.
