Located inside an old strip mall with other markets from around the world, this woman-owned Persian market is a one-stop shop for Middle Eastern produce and goods. Park in the lot just outside and enter into a world of spice. In the back is a counter that sells popular kabobs and other grab-n-go items.
I was looking for a Persian grocery store that delivers nationally and am so happy I found Yekta. Their website is well organized and easy to navigate. The selection is huge and not limited to only Persian goods. Everything's packaged neatly and carefully before it's shipped. Best kabobs in town. I have been going here for over 20 years. First when it was a hole in a wall, then the restaurant and now the pick up counter. Same great food. Chicken, steak, ground beef, lamb. The shirazi salad is the best. Sometimes we just get a large size one and eat it with other food at home.
