“JC has the best crabs! I’ve been eating crabs from JCs for over 4 years now and they haven’t let me down! Cindy is so kind and personable, she’s very knowledgeable about the crabs and sizes. I’ve got to know her mom as well and their very kind people! I usually get extra large or jumbo crabs, their delicious corn, their sweet tea and brown paper roll as my regular order and I have been let down! Thanks for always providing great service to my self and everyone I refer!“

“Don’t underestimate the greatness of this place based on its humble location and signage. Excellent food made with simple, authentic ingredients. It feels like you are eating your grandmother’s food in Greece. One of the tastiest meals I have had in the DMV. I particularly enjoyed the mezze, like grilled octopus, giant white beans (gigantes) and tzatziki. Must return soon to work my way through more the of the menu. Service was also super warm and friendly. Recommend!“

The service is exceptional, whether eating in or carrying out. Food that is .meant to be hot & crisp is perfectly cooked! Is Karen's a glamorous dining experience? No. But there are plenty of dishes to choose from and we always leave full and happy. The owners are incredibly nice and they work hard to provide great food & service. “First time visit for a family of 4, so we sampled a lot and thoroughly enjoyed everything. The favorites were the buffalo wings (extra crispy), chicken strips, chicken and rice, and hush puppies. The staff was extremely pleasant. The seating is limited to 10, but most people were ordering takeout, so we happily enjoyed our meal there!“

“This is one of my go to spots on any given week! My most ordered dish is probably the fried Cajun catfish with the dirty rice and a side of broccoli! Such a yummy dinner/ lunch! Their wings are so good! (Crispy just how I like them) I even enjoy their hush puppies, fries and cheesesteaks. The service is always friendly and delivery always prompt! Happy to be neighbors!“

“This is a nice and cozy restaurant with very friendly staff. The food here is amazing to the point where my mouth starts to water every time I think of their well portioned pupusas ? (much bigger and cheesier than the place next door)! Their quesadillas and breakfast meals is great too! Every time I go in expecting to buy just one meal, but after looking at the menu and smelling the food cooking in the kitchen I end up leaving with two to three meals. Overall this place is a steal for the quality of the food they give you at very reasonable prices and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area who’s looking for a nice authentic Spanish food restaurant.“
