“I have walked past this place dozens of times on my numerous trips to OOb. My youngest found this online when searching for a good burger... They do not take reservations, it is small inside so best to go during an off time. We were seated upstairs. Waitress and service was top notch. Drinks were great and the food was outstanding. If you want a sit down dinner this is in my opinion the best option on the pier.“

“I went to JJ's today, I'm so glad they are back BTW, I got the biscuits and gravy. The sausage used was flavorful and had fennel in it so it was not a typical breakfast sausage. It was very filling and delicious, but the sausage wasn't up to par. I think people have perceptions of what it should taste like and this wasn't it. I hope they can offer a more traditional style and I'll bet it becomes a huge breakfast seller! I typically get it from the Auto mile diner in Saco, it's really tasty and worthy of imitation. The bartender served my table and he was very attentive, personable and kept my coffee cup full. Welcome back JJ's!“
“George was the only server/bartender there on a summer night. He was amazing, great and attentive service. Food was terrific and the drinks he recommended were perfect- not too sweet as requested.Kid-friendliness: There were table games and kid friendly food.“

“Every time I come up to Old Orchard Beach, my family and I stop here! It's no frills, but a solid, straightforward meal. Everything is reasonably priced with portions that will leave you full. Once you walk in, you feel like you've been transported back in time. Old school decor, your classic American restaurant. On the menu, they have an option for a 3-course meal. They have various options to choose from for a fixed price! It's great . My only complaint about it is that they used to have steamers as an option for an appetizer in the fixed 3 course meal, and it is no longer included. I decided on clam chowder, Caesar salad, and stuffed shrimp. I enjoyed the salad, and the stuffing for the shrimp was buttery and rich, but the clam chowder was terrible. No flavor at all and extremely watery broth. Would never get that again. Overall, enjoyable sit down, family restaurant, and will be back next year!“

“We came to maine for alittle get away. We went Saturday nite and Sunday afternoon. Both meals were great. We did not have to wait long to be seated or waited on. Staff was very friendly and thet worked well together. Can't wait to go back.“
“This is a local's bar. No food to eat except for little bags of chips. Drinks were good and Jello shots were yummy. We had fun just listening to the other customers and chatting with people. They are one of the only places to stay open late right now.“

“Stopped by as we ended up in the area and it was open, wasn't really expecting much. Had some of their crab rangoon dip, which really hit the spot, and a spinach artichoke pizza with crab. The pizza was good, not incredible or anything but decent. The dip was surprisingly exceptional. The server here was very attentive and super nice, probably one of the best I had while in Maine.“

“Went here for breakfast and great food! The cook brought out my food and realized I had not gotten toast - she offered me the BEST GLUTEN FREE toast! I was so impressed with this observation and the asking about how to toast it for me based on allergies. The eggs were so light and fluffy and the home fries with a good crisp. Would definitely recommend for a breakfast!Dietary restrictions: Gluten and Dairy free“

“My family and I ate here for dinner while vacationing at Old Orchard Beach. The food and atmosphere were good, but what really stood out was the service! Our waitress, Emma, went above and beyond to make sure everything was great! She was attentive, prompt and friendly the entire time - and she even found a way to satisfy the picky eater at our table (me!).We will definitely be back!“
“Decent pizza. Nothing special but comparable with others in the area. They serve breakfast sandwiches too, so they are open earlier than other pizza places, which was great since I worked up an appetite walking from Pine Point and appreciated they were open before 11. Who doesn't love pizza for breakfast?“

“Today was their first day serving breakfast, and it was delicious. We were heading to a different place, saw the sign saying they were open for breakfast, so we stopped. Very glad we did. It was so good we decided to walk back and have lunch.“

“Best pizza in OOB hands down! Don’t call ahead, because then you won’t be able to experience tasting one of the local Maine beers at the tavern. We stopped in to pick up some pies and the time it took to get them was just enough for a couple of local ales. Super friendly staff and atmosphere.“

“What a great find! Booked a table after reading the reviews. The meal was perfect, the new to us cocktail was potent and delicious, the servers were amazing, the owner was gracious. Thank you Barb, Dot and Dawn. We will be returning next year at the same time to celebrate my 70th!! Seems it will only allow 1 picture.“
