“Came in again because I LOVED the duck I had here months ago. Ordered: duck wings: small portion for the price but they were indeed fall of the bone tender, crispy, and smothered in a sweet and savory sauce beef poutine: the cheese curds had melted into puddles but the side ate like a hearty meal, good portion of beef, though fries were just okay double cheeseburger: piled high and juicy but again, just okay Overall I'll still be back supporting the restaurant that has served me some of the best bites of food, but I'll be focused more on their duck or special new items. Check them out on IG for their specials!“

“Stopped here for a great quick lunch. The menu was excellent. There were several unique options. All the food was great. There are great views from everywhere inside the restaurant. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Overall it was a great dining experience and we will definitely be back. The little gift shop was also a nice feature.“

“Binga’s Wingas was excellent! Food was amazing! The service was excellent! The owner was extremely helpful and friendly! The owner gave great recommendations on some beers my husband has never tried before. Family friendly environment even though it has a bar and extremely reasonably priced! Highly recommend! We came from Ohio and Binga’s was worth the stop!“

“Wonderful local cafe, I love supporting the business. This is a widespread issue, not one exclusively of Clayton's Cafe-- baked eggs on sandwiches. The new trend of baked eggs on breakfast sandwiches is a lazy solution to a made-up problem. When I see a square egg on a sandwich my blood starts to boil. Cooking eggs is a BASIC skill of a cook. Grab a non-stick pan and fry an egg. It's too easy to dismiss.Baked eggs are VILE!“

“Last month our flight to Portland was delayed a considerable amount of time due to weather issues and it looked as though we would not be able to make our 5p.m. reservation. My daughter called from the tarmac in Boston where we were rerouted and refueled and explained the situation. The hostess, Susie, was very understanding and compassionate And said that even though our table was booked for another party a 7, we should come in and she would see what she could do. We got there late but Susie greeted us warmly and told us not to worry about being rushed that she had arranged things so no one would be inconvenienced. The atmosphere was warm and cozy; the food so very delicious and our waitperson, Anika, was the best. Atmosphere, impeccable service, food and warmth all rate 5 stars and another visit next time we are in Portland.“

“Best dinner ever! The delicacy of the food here is beyond compare, delicious and meticulously prepared, from the complimentary bread to the dessert, every bite we took of the food was amazing! My husband, my two boys and I were impressed of how tasty everything was and we loved the atmosphere. We went on a cold February night during their school winter break and this was the highlight of our vacation! Highly recommended this place, food is definitely worth the money and a nice area to walk around after your palates have been taken for a delicious adventure!Parking: There is a parking garage lot right behind the restaurant adjacent to the Hotel by the Warf.Kid-friendliness: We brought our 11 and 13 yr old boys and we also saw younger kids there, they offered small plates for the kids if needed.“

“I had the Peaches the Pig sandwich. Best. Sandwich. Ever. It was the type of sandwich that makes you want to dance a little after every bite. Slightly sweet, a little spicy, a whole lot of amazing. But…Good luck picking just one thing. Everything on the menu looked amazing.“

“The food is soooooo good! I've been here a billion times and it's always yummy. Last time, I went with my sister and we both got sick the next day. I don't know if it's related or not, but just in case lol. Other than that one thing, BESTTTT sandwich place!“

“This place is diner meets five bar in all the best ways. Great staff with ice cold beer and wine. Plus a super duper fantastic play list of '90s grunge and metal. Also, they had them hockey game on, Rangers! In a Boston friendly city. My only complaint is the fries. Please stop with the spray on Petrochemical crispy fry. Join the Potato Fries Matter; PFM movement. Get you may not want to make your own but get better spuds. This sticks of chemicals you serve are a disgrace. #PFM. ;)“

“Best breakfast in Freeport. It gets busy, so recommend getting early. The waiting situation is a bit unique: you walk through the restaurant and then wait in line for a table. The folks work hard to flip tables though, so I think the longest I've waited is 30 minutes or so. The menu is very standard, and very classic. Everything is well executed. I'm partial to the Freeport Favorite, it's a standard breakfast. The sausage gravy and biscuits are also quite good.“

“My wife and I had an amazing time. We had the chefs choice dinner (I believe that's what it was called). My wife has a food allergy that she can not eat mammals and they were very accommodating and made it a wonderful experience for us. The wait staff and bartender were both friendly and informative. We will definitely return on any future trips to Portland.“

“Their happy hour is quite pleasant. You can get a very good glass of FoxGlove red wine and a white for a fair price. Their sweet potato fries are the best around. You do have to ask for their snack plate which consists of pretzels, a trail mix, and a tasty cheese spread with good crackers. The service could be a bit friendly, but the servers are professional.“

“Hannah (sp?) was amazing as a server. We struggle to go out for a meal for a few reasons. 1- our daughter has many a few allergies (dairy, eggs and nuts and some shellfish) and Hannah accommodated and checked on ingredients with NO problem at all. 2- our child has an ultra rare disorder and is non-verbal (among other things) and she was fantastic. Wait…. 3- she recommended some of the food/drinks we ordered and was SPOT ON!Thank you Hannah and the great lost bear for our last experience in Portland ME. It was fantastic!“

“All the recent bad reviews of this business is the result of them being targeted by a private facebook group of antivaxers upset about the mandate. Most do not even live in Portland. Most running the group 1k strong are the same leaving the reviews. Feel free to DM me if you'd like the receipts or the names of the people going after you.“

“Everything we ordered was good but they ran out of certain items which narrowed their menu down, including some alcohol and wine choices. Service was great but a good restaurant has to be prepared to deliver what is offered, especially on a very restricted menu. Also, prices are astoundingly high. Customers have a right to expect well prepared dishes at a reasonable price. There was also the noise factor some "sound boards" in this old bare bones building would be welcome so you could enjoy conversation with your dining partners. They need to work on this business they need to offer more for the big bucks, it doesn't just happen because you're organic and have good artisanal bread. I wish them success and I'll try again next year.“

“We had eaten lobster at Boston and were not that impressed. A friend of mine told me to go up to Maine and eat at a lobster house along the coast. We picked Harraseeket based on it's reviews. It was great! You can pick your own lobster and have them cook it for you. It's the best lobster that I have ever eaten. My wife had a lobster roll, and it was loaded with lobster meat, instead of a lot of filler. If you want fresh seafood, this is the place.“

“I love the people, atmosphere, menu, and beer here. Top 3 Greater Portland breweries in my book. Half pours (8oz) make it easy to sample the goods. Afternoons are so chill for meeting friends and the kids, playing a game or two and just kicking back. My 14 year old said "This is the kind of food that makes you want to ignore your brain telling you that your stomach is full so you can keep eating".“

“As much as I enjoyed this restaurant I am giving it a four star rating as I think they are pricing themselves too high. Yes I am aware of the inflation but $13 for a glass of beer, and $30 for a burger with bacon and fries is a little too financially ambitious. Otherwise I really enjoyed myself.“

“EXCELLENT food with unique flavor combinations—not just another restaurant for sure!! Service takes a while to get going but then it is excellent. Very friendly staff—literally everyone. They all truly believe in the food and are very excited about it, which makes it all even more special. No one needs just another restaurant—-you want something tasty and memorable, and this, kids, is the place. It isn’t cheap, and some of the portions are small, (tapas style)so just be prepared….but it is quality.“
