“I wasn’t sure what to expect from the reviews but this is now my go to Chinese place. I had their won ton soup which was SO great when I was sick. Also tried the moo shu chicken, love the generous serving they give you! The egg rolls and crab Rangoon were fried perfectly, food was ready in 15 minutes, staff was friendly and efficient. Looking forward to eating here again!“

Szechuan La-Mian: this vegetarian dish came with loads of different veggies and half an egg in a savory and tangy broth. The Szechuan peppercorn came through but it wasn't too spicy for me. The noodles were chewy and really good. C8. Braised Beef Soup: this noodle soup was savory but I was expecting a bit deeper beef flavor and more spice. But it was comforting. What really stole the show with both dishes was the hand pulled noodles. They were chewy and bouncy.“

“This is the best food I've had in my 50 something years of eating Chinese food. When I first moved into my I ordered the chicken egg foo young. I opened the box and was in awe. This place actually has the chunks of chicken, so the egg foo young is not a flat patty by any means. Service is great here eating in or carry out. The ambiance is perfect. I get the Chicken Pad Thai noodle. Delicious..........They always get it right on!!“

“Came here today and I really liked their food. I got the chicken and black bean sauce, crab rangoon, and egg drop soup.The chicken was fork cut tender and the black bean sauce was excellent. Large portion enough for 2 meals for me. It came with steamed rice and choice of soup. I am always in search of a good egg drop soup. They have it, large bits of egg and true egg taste. Consistency is perfect and the fried wonton they serve with it are fresh and homemade. The rangoon- oh so good. It comes with 4 in an order but they are so large it's like getting 8! There were nice sized pieces of crab and green onion, the shell was super crisp not soggy at all. The sauce they come with, is awesome one of the best I have had.it was tangy and sweet but not like syrup. Total bill was $18 something for essentially the 2 meals I made out of it. I cannot wait to be able to eat there again as a treat. Delicious.BTW bathrooms were super clean.“

I went there for some shrimp and some rice and some dumplings and some eggrolls and it was the best Chinese food I had in a long time at least in America, service was really good. “The best Chinese in the state of Michigan . We used to live a couple of blocks down auburn rd and we would take out once a week. Now the last 5 years whenever the wife , kids and I want Chinese we have to drive 1/2 hour to get Pings . The food is an absolute masterpiece, they must have had Gordon Ramsay teaming up with Guy Fieri and Julia Child because it was brilliant. Last time, my husband picked it up for me so I had no idea what it was like inside. I had kung pao shrimp which is always my go to when trying a new place. It was soo good. I asked for it extra spicy and it was everything I asked for. The portion was huge. I had it for a few meals. I also enjoyed the crab rangoon. There was a ton of filling. Today, my husband and I just wanted a quick bite so we split a vegetable fried rice and spring rolls. I asked if we could dine in since we were on the go. She said we would just order at the counter then she brought out plates and plastic utensils for us. The woman working was very nice. The rice was great! It was overflowing and had tons of vegetables. We also got some spring rolls. I personally think that they are homemade but I'm not for sure. My husband liked everything as well and he's pretty picky. This place is small. There's only about 5 tables and it's really more just a take out spot but we were just running errands so we ate it there today. I highly recommend checking it out. I feel like I found a hidden gem. Not sure how I just found this place this week when I have passed by it a million times.“
