“I received a notice yesterday that 6 heart shaped donuts were available for $3. I went to the location at 31080 Orchard Lake. The shelf was sparce. I asked for the heart donuts. Neither server spoke English nor did they understand what I was looking for. I showed them the advertisement on the app. They shrugged their shoulders and shook their heads as I left the store I noticed the temporary sign advertising the special. I was dissatisfied.“

I placed the order a couple minutes before arriving and both drinks were finished as soon as I arrived, I was just waiting for my bagel to be toasted but that was done quickly. Then... the moment of truth. Do the drinks taste as good as they look? They did! I would come again if I was in the area.“

“This is our go-to spot for donuts -- Not only is it a quick drive from our house, but they also have a great product! They have so many flavors of donuts here, including the classics like glazed donuts, long johns, and apple fritters, as well as uniquely flavored donuts like fruity pebble and maple bacon. They also have coffee available, as well as a variety of cold drinks. Everything is priced fairly, and the service is always fast. I don't have donuts all too often, but whenever I make a stop here, I'm never disappointed. I'll need to visit again soon!“

“Nice staff. Good prices. Numerous different loaded bagels(BELT is my favorite) to have an actual meal, something most coffee shops don’t have. I like that they load them up with veggies too. Pretty good cider mill style donuts that hold me over until Yates or Goodison mills are open. Really good cupcakes.Only complaint is they used to have this amazing thick cut bacon on their bagels for the longest time. Recently I noticed it is much thinner bacon. Bring back the good stuff!!Parking: Only a few free spots right next to the building. Free parking in the farmers market lot a very short walk away. Otherwise paid street or nearby paid lot parking.“

“Interior is clean and full of bright colors. There were 2 large devices for ordering. You can customize your drink however you like including sweetness of drink. I think price was a bit higher than other places I've been. I bought 4 teas and 12 donuts and it was costed same as you can have really nice lunch at restaurant. I used to have mochi donut in Japan and I was curious to try this place. I was happy that it was very similar to what I had in Japan.Donuts were light and slightly chewy. I tried all of their variety and all of them were equally good. tasted all similar though. My cheese cream matcha tea was really sweet even though I choose low percentage of sweetness. My daughter had strawberry green tea and it has small chunks of strawberries . It was refreshing and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly as well.“

“This place is so cozy and tasty. It's a great place to grab a coffee and a bagel or stock up on cupcakes for a birthday party. I have never had a better cupcake than this place! All of there flavors are amazing and I love that they have mini versions so that you don't have to commit to one big cupcake. Additionally I appreciate that they have more options than just coffee. I really enjoy their steamed apple cider! I highly recommend stopping in!“

Most of the time I go there, I feel bad for making an order (carrot cupcake and a pup cupcake for my dog) because the staff seem genuinely irritated by the inconvenience. “This is the "BEST" Dunkin in the state! The customer service at this Dunkin is EXCELLENT and the staff are kind, friendly and warm. I come here every morning on my way to work and even when I am off on the weekends. They know my voice when I drive up to place my order, know my order without me telling them and always have a kind work when I get to the window! I had a cold and they would ask me how I was feeling and a kind word for better health. I LOVE going to this Dunkin and drive out of my way on the weekend just to go to this location even though I have a Dunkin where I live!
