“Shout out to the Bloomfield, MI location on Telegraph. I went in just before 7pm last night, not realizing they were about to close. The young woman who came up to greet me insisted that I proceed to order (I used to work in a restaurant so I know it can sometimes be a PITA to make food last minute after most everything is cleaned up and put away). The young woman who made my hummus and beet salad made the most delicious salad. I very much appreciated this quality service and food as I was super stressed about my kitty getting an emergency procedure at the ER vet up the road. If I'm ever out that way again, I will definitely stop at this location!“

“I have never personally been here living in Florida, however I came across a tiktok from someone that did order from this location and felt compelled to write a review. The person that posted the tiktok was in the hospital, and ordered the food to be delivered and included a special request for "extra condiments, because the hospital food was awful." To her surprise, not only did they include extra condiments, they provided her multiple additional sandwiches, and multiple additional cookies. To me this gesture was so heart warming to see, and such a selfless act of kindness. If I ever find myself in the area I will be sure to check this place out, but I just wanted to stop by and say great job to this location and the staff!“

“I placed an online order and arrived a few minutes early. While I was waiting by the rapid pickup area one of the employees noticed me, checked on the status of my order, and offered me a free drink. My order was perfect. Good food and great customer service.“

“Ordered for pick up. It was ready super fast. Parking more challenging than picking up. Food was fresh and good. There was a big piece of chicken in my collard-wrapped sandwich, not little pieces. Very tasty. I also loved the bean salad. I'll definitely be back to try a bowl or salad, and more sandwiches. Which, I might add, are very customizable when ordering through the app, but I just took mine as is.“

“Visiting Detroit and was looking at food options nearby. Charlie's had great reviews and did not disappoint. The corned beef and Swiss was excellent. The fries were good also. I had the soup of the day which was clam chowder. It was very good. I saw many dishes being served and all looked good. Chicken noodle soup is definitely on my next visit. “I am absolutely shocked that I could build my own 11 inch pizza for less than $15. Unlimited toppings! I am a vegetarian so I loaded it up with just about every veggie along with fresh mozzarella and a dash of ranch on top. In this day and age, most restaurants want to charge you for every little thing. Very refreshing to see a place where they make choice economical.I got a cauliflower crust which was $4 additional over the regular crust, and it was still under $15. Great deal for a student!“
