“Was craving something fresh instead of the typical fast food, found this place and it did not disappoint! I got a turkey grill sandwhich and everything on it was fresh! Also got a bag of chips and drink with it. Was a simple but good lunch!Only reason I put 4 stars is because when I came in, no one greeted me and their were multiple employees behind the counter. Some made eye contact with me as well but I wasn't spoken too or at least told that they would be right with me, if they were busy. So I was just standing and looking around me. I am African American and im not too sure if people like me come in often in the area! Wasn't till about 5 minutes later, a lady walked up and took my order and my encounter with her was nice.“

“I love this deli!! I'm so happy to have it nearby. Now, I'm not a vegan, but I don't eat lunch/deli meat (It's just not my taste), but I quite like vegetarian and vegan food. Their vegan options are so good (I sub the cheese for non-vegan cheese sometimes, but the vegan cheese is great too)! Also, I just tried their soup for the first time today (tomato cauliflower), and it was delicious! My husband loves lunch meat and loves this place. Wonderful deli!“

“I have 4 other Tubbys closer to my home but, I drive to the Waterford location because they're the BEST!! the staff is super cool they always have good attituides and they always make your sandwich the correct size no stiffing you on the meat! They make your sandwich exactly as ordered you must tip these guys because your sandwich will be AMAZING!!“

“I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “Visited this location for the first time last week. Ended up waiting longer than I should of because they lost my ticket, but they really went above and beyond to make up for it. So no complaints there. Because they lost my ticket my subs did look and feel a bit rushed. They also forgot to put pickles on my husband's subs, but both were still tasty.“

“My boyfriend and I walked in maybe 20 minutes before they closed, which we hate doing but we were desperately craving Jersey Mike’s. They had one giant sub bun left (no biggie, it was PLENTY for us). The 3 guys behind the counter were very kind and cheery! “Good food. Always great service. I had no idea there's a 3% up charge for using my debit card. There's nothing stating that and I was wondering why lunch for me and my daughter was 32.00 and that's the answer I was told for two subs and two fries. So if I return it will be cash only.“
