Good selection, we have tried a lot and every member of the family has liked everything so far. We did, after our first visit, have to adjust our expectations and ask for the food spicier than we would normally, because they definitely made it “white people medium” instead of the medium heat we have gotten at other places.
Found a piece of cement baked inside on the garlic naan bread. I never had any issues with this place before, but this is unacceptable.

Chicken Tikka Biryani was savory and delicious! The Naan bread was great also. The lady who served us was very sweet and helpful answering our questions. We will be back!
When I worked in the Detroit area, Noorjahan was one of the best choices around. But the Chesterfield location is not on the same level. The chicken in the butter chicken is always dry and the lamb is always more fat than meat. The last time I ordered out, the naan seemed dry and looked old when their naan used to be the best around. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I hope they figure it out because I really do love Noorjahan cuisine!
